| Objective:By detecting the expression levels of PRDX4,TK1,ProGRP and CYFRA 21-1 in the serum of patients with lung cancer and healthy people,the correlation between the expression of PRDX4 and lung cancer and specific pathological classification was analyzed,and the receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)of related subjects was drawn to evaluate the diagnostic effect of the expression changes on lung cancer.Methods:From December 2018 to August 2019,randomly recruited patients were admitted to the Department of respiratory and critical care medicine,the second hospital of Jilin University.Histopathology clearly diagnosed 40 patients with lung cancer(experimental group)(without radiotherapy and chemotherapy),and 40 healthy people with similar age and pulmonary imaging and serological examination were included(control group).The serum of the experimental group and the control group were collected.The expression levels of PRDX4,TK1,ProGRP and CYFRA21-1 in the serum of the two groups were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).SPSS26.0 software was used for statistical analysis.All the results were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Results:1.The levels of PRDX4,TK1,ProGRP and CYFRA21-1 were 0.69(0.58,0.81)ng / ml,127.97(103.62,173.83)pg / ml,7.66(4.44,12.03)pg / ml,2.01(0.73,3.62)ng / ml,the expression levels of PRDX4,TK1,ProGRP and CYFRA21-1 were 0.46(0.37,0.59)ng / ml,69.34(64.36,82.39)pg / ml,3.07(1.65,5.00)pg / ml,1.00(0.58,1.34)ng / ml,respectively,the level of related factors in the serum of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).The expression levels of PRDX4 were 0.58(0.55,0.65)ng / ml in stage I,0.65(0.60,0.69)ng / ml in stage II,0.66(0.57,0.81)ng / ml in stage III and 0.82(0.69,0.89)ng / mlin stage IV.The serum PRDX4 was significantly higher in patients with advanced lung cancer(P < 0.05).2.The expression of serum factor PRDX4 was significantly increased in 0.80(0.69,0.89)ng / ml of patients with lung adenocarcinoma,TK1,ProGRP,and CYFRA21-1 were significant in lung adenocarcinoma 144.38(116.09,207.14)pg /ml,lung small cell carcinoma 10.78(6.40,12.71)pg / ml,lung squamous cell carcinoma 3.77(3.32,4.55)ng / ml high expression,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).3.The ROC curves of PRDX4 and TK1 were drawn for the diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma.The results were as follows:(1)the AUC of PRDX4 was 0.895(95% CI: 0.811-0.980,P < 0.05),the diagnostic threshold was 0.689 ng / ml,the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity were 80.00% and 87.70%,respectively.(2)The AUC of TK1 was 0.875(95% CI: 0.799-0.951,P < 0.05),the diagnostic limit value was 86.43pg/ml,the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity were 100.00% and 69.20%,respectively.(3)The AUC of PRDX4 combined with TK1 was 0.905(95% CI:0.834-0.975,P < 0.05),the sensitivity and specificity of diagnosis were 80.00% and86.20%,respectively.Conclusions:1.The expression of PRDX4 in lung cancer patients was significantly higher than that in the healthy control group,suggesting that PRDX4 has diagnostic efficacy for lung cancer,and is significantly related to the disease stage.2.PRDX4 has the highest specificity in the diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma,and may become a new serum tumor marker in the early diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma.3.PRDX4 combined with TK1 can improve the diagnostic efficiency of lung adenocarcinoma,have better sensitivity and specificity,and is conducive to the early screening of lung cancer. |
