【Objectives】1.To investigate the efficacy and feasibility of group cognitive behavioral therapy(G-CBT)in the treatment of anorexia nervosa.2.To establish a standardized treatment scheme of group cognitive behavioral therapy(G-CBT)for anorexia.【Method】1.The randomized design was used in this study, which was divided into the G-CBT group and the routine outpatient treatment group. Each CBT group included 8 to 11 patients, which was treated according to a structured cognitive behavioral therapy manual. They would have 12 sessions which last for three months(120 minutes per session). The routine outpatient treatment group received 12 times of outpatient treatments(60 minutes per time). The related indexes were evaluated at baseline,4 weeks and after treatment.2.The clinical symptoms and psychological status of the patients were evaluated by body weight, body mass index,Questionnaire Version of the Eating Disorders Examination eating disorder questionnaire,Eating Disorder Inventory,Beck Anxiety Inventor,Beck Depression Inventory and so on.The main indexes to evaluate the curative effect were the body weight and body mass index(BMI)of the patients. The feasibility index is the all-cause shedding rate of the patient.3.The original data in this study was processed by SPSS 22.0.Based on the implementation of the Intentionality analysis(ITT analysis),the shedding case uses the last observation value carry-over method(LOCF)for data statistics, mainly related to the statistical methods are chi-square test,The Wilcoxon rank of two paired samples, two independent samples of the Mann-whitney U test and the variance analysis of the test and repeated measurements.【Result】1.A total of 78 patients were included in the study, including 37 patients in the group cognitive behavior treatment group and 41 patients in the outpatient routine treatment group. There was no significant difference in basic demographic data between the two groups.2.The efficacy of Group Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.Group cognitive behavioral therapy could significantly increase the body weight and body mass index(Z=-5.078,P=0.000;Z=-5.077,P=0.000),and the cognition and behavior of the patients were significantly improved(Z=-4.619,P=0.000),but compared with the routine treatment group, there was no significant difference in body mass and body mass index(Z=-1.205,P=0.228;Z=-1.791,P=0.073),or in cognitive and behavioral function(Z=-0.746,P=0.106).3.The feasibility of Group Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. The shedding rate of the group cognitive behavior treatment group was 32.43%,which was not significantly different from that of the outpatient routine treatment group.【Conclusion】There was no significant difference in the increase of body weight and body mass index between group cognitive behavioral therapy and routine outpatient therapy. In the improvement of cognitive function, the group cognitive behavior treatment group showed some advantages, but the difference between the two groups was not significant. The shedding rate of the group cognitive behavior treatment group was not higher than that of the outpatient routine treatment group,so it was feasible, and its effectiveness still needed to be further verified.
