Objective:A comparative study on the protective effects of different temperature of moderate hypothermia circulatory arrest on important organs(liver, kidney, brain and lung)after operation in patients with stanford A aortic dissection.Method:Randomly selected 100 patients with stanford A aortic dissection who were treated by operation in cardiovascular surgery of the second hospital of Jilin University from January 2017 to February 2019,according to the different nasopharyngeal temperature of the patients at the time of circulatory arrest, divided into experimental group :50 patients with(28-32 ℃)hypothermic circulatory surgery;control group :50patients with(26-28℃)hypothermic circulatory surgery. The time of cooling, the time of stopping circulation, the time of rewarming, the time of cardiopulmonary bypass, the time of operation, the time of conscious, the time of mechanical ventilation, transaminase, creatinine, and total bilirubin datas were observed in the 2 groups. The data were collected and statistically analyzed. Results:Comparative study on the protective effects of different temperature on important organs(liver, kidney, brain and lung)in patients with stanford A aortic dissection showed that the height, sex and age of the two groups were not statistically significant. There were significant differences(p<0.05)of the data between experimental group and control group in cooling time, stopping circulation, rewarming, cardiopulmonary bypass time and operation time decreased statistically.Postoperative data comparison: the experimental group in the first and third days after the operation ofglutamic-pyruvic transaminase, the first day after the operation of glutamic-oxalacetic transaminase;,the total bilirubin in the first, third and fifth days after the operation, the creatinine in the third and fifth days after the operation and the value of PaO2、PaCO2 in the first day after the operation were significantly different(p<0.05).(28-32℃)There was no significant difference in postoperative mortality between the experimental group and the control group(26-28℃)(p>0.05).Conclusion:To compare the protective effect of different temperature in the moderate hypothermia circulatory arrest on the important organs(liver, kidney, brain and lung)after operation in patients with stanford A aortic dissection,it is concluded that(28-32 ℃)compared with(26-28 ℃)stopping circulation operation can shorten the time of mechanical ventilation, protect the lung function and shorten the operation time.Reduce the function inhibition of platelet, reduce the time of intraoperative hemostasis, and promote postoperative recovery of liver and kidney organ function.
