Objective:1.To provide the regerence for the clinical selection by observing and comparing the effects of hemocoagulase and collagen sponge on the postoperative complications of the mandibular impacted teeth extraction, which are mainly about the swelling, and inflammatory reaction.2.To analyse the effect of collagen sponge with hemocoagulase after the mandibular impacted teeth extraction.Method:1.One hundred and sixty-eight patients with mandibular impacted teeth extraction in our hospital during November 2018 and October 2019 were randomly divided into routine group, collagen sponge group, hemocoagulase group and collagen sponge combined with hemoceagulase group.2.Patients in the routine group were treated routinely. After the extraction of mandibular impacted teeth, patients in the collagen sponge group were treated with collagen sponge, patients in the hemocoagulase group were treated with hemocoagulase and patients in the collagen sponge with hemocoagulase group were treated both hemocoagulase and collagen sponge.3.Observe and measure the bleeding in 30 minutes after the extraction of mandibular impacted teeth, the occurrence of dry socket after the extraction, the degree of limited opening, swelling and pain, including spontaneous pain and swallowing pain,on the 1st,3rd,5th and7 th days after the extraction, and the incidence of bruising and inflammatory induration on the 7th day after the extraction.4.The clinical effects of the four groups were compared. The data were analyzed by using SPSS 20.0 software package.Result:1.On the 3rd day after the extraction of the mandibular impacted teeth, the swelling of the patients in the collagen sponge combined with hemocoagulase group was lower than that in the collagen sponge group, the hemocoagulase group and the routine group(P<0.05).2.On the 1st and 3rd days after the extraction of the mandibular impacted teeth, the degree of the limited mouth opening of the patients in the collagen sponge combined with hemocoagulase group was lower than that in the collagen sponge group and the routine group(P < 0.05).3.On the 7th day after the extraction of the mandibular impacted teeth, the incidence of bruising and inflammatory induration of the patients in the collagen sponge combined with hemocoagulase group was lower than that in the hemocoagulase group, the collagen sponge group and the routine group(P<0.05).4.On the 1st day after the extraction of the mandibular impacted teeth, the degree of the spontaneous pain of the patients with the middle impacted teeth in the collagen sponge combined with hemocoagulase group was lower than that in the hemocoagulase group, the collagen sponge group and the routine group(P<0.05).5.On the 1st day after the extraction of the mandibular impacted teeth, the degree of the swallowing pain of the female patients in the collagen sponge combined with hemocoagulase group was lower than that in the hemocoagulase group, the collagen sponge group and the routine group(P<0.05).6.In 30 minutes after the extraction of the mandibular impacted teeth,no significant bleeding was observed in the patients of each four groups.7.After the extraction of the mandibular impacted teeth,no dry socket was observed in the patients of each four groups.Conclusion:1.After the extraction of mandibular impacted teeth, the application of collagen sponge combined with hemocoagulase can reduce the occurrence of bruising and inflammatory induration and the degree of the limited mouth opening and swelling and improve the quality of the life, which is worthy to be popularized.2.After the extraction of mandibular impacted teeth, the application of collagen sponge combined with hemocoagulase can reduce the degree of the swallowing pain of the female patients and the degree of the spontaneous pain of the patients with the middle impacted teeth on the 1st day after the extraction, which can provide the reference for the clinical selection.
