Objective To evaluate two kinds of hemocoagulase role in orthopaedic surgeries, study its effects on perioperative blood coagulation function so as to provide objective basis for better clinical usage of hemocoagulase. Methods A total of fifty patients accepted thopaedic operation were studi ed by randomi zed, double-blind and dummy-controlled designing. They were divided into study group (twenty five cases, accepted Baqut) and control group (twenty five cases, accepted Sulejuan). Observed the bleeding volume and hemoglobulin contents before and after operations.Result:The bleeding volume was about 205.6±9.7ml in study group, and it was about 211.7±7.6 ml in control group. The amount of drainage was 56.8±8.6ml in study group, and it was 60.4±8.2ml in the control group. In both of the two groups, the result of PT,APTT,FiB has rised a little than before, the result of TT has dropped a little than before. The result of RBC,PLT,HB has also dropped a little than before. Conclusion The bleeding volume usde of study group were almost as same as the contol group. Both of them showed little influence to body coagulation. Their difference fell short of statistical significance. It was proved that both of the two kinds hemocoagulase were safe and dependable blood coltting drug...
