The Clinical Study Of Treating Hormone Dependent Dermatitis Of Toxin Heat Accumulation Type With Acupoint Bleeding Combined With Milli-fire Needle

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupoint bleeding combined with milli-fire needle in treating hormone dependent dermatitis(HDD)patients with toxic heat accumulation type.By comparing with tacrolimus ointment,to explore the advantages of acupoint bloodletting combined with milli-fire needle in improving clinical symptoms,reducing the area of skin lesions,less adverse reactions and low recurrence rate in patients with hormone dependent dermatitis,In order to provide new ideas and methods for clinical treatment of hormone dependent dermatitis.Methods: 76 patients with hormone dependent dermatitis of toxin heat accumulation type were randomly divided into two groups,38 cases in the treatment group and 38 cases in the control group.The treatment group was treated with point bleeding combined with milli-fire needle,and the control group was treated with 0.1% tacrolimus ointment.Both groups were treated for 15 days as a course of treatment.After two course of treatment,observe and record the changes of clinical symptoms and physical signs before and after treatment.fill in the scores of clinical symptoms and physical signs and quality of life index,and use SPSS22.0 statistical software for statistical analysis to comprehensively determine the efficacy of the two groups.Results:1.Basic data of patients: There were no statistical differences between the two groups in age,gender,duration of disease,the score of clinical symptoms and physical signs and quality of life index scores before treatment(P(29)0.05).2.Total efficiency analysis results: The apparent rate of the treatment group was58.82%,and the total effective rate was 91.18%.The apparent rate of the control group was36.11%,and the total effective rate was 83.33%.By statistical analysis,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Clinical symptoms and physical signs results: Compared with before treatment,after treatment,the total score of clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of clinical symptoms and physical signs of the two groups were compared.The difference between thetwo groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The results of life quality index score analysis: Compared with the pre-treatment group,the quality of life index scores of the two groups were lower after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).After treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P0.05).Compared with the pre-treatment group,the quality of life index scores of the two groups were lower after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Recurrence rate analysis results: After 30 days of treatment,the recurrence rate in the treatment group was 12.90%,significantly lower than 36.67% of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Safety evaluation results: The vital signs of the two groups were normal before and after treatment.Two patients in the treatment group felt pain and discomfort at the pinhole on the day of initial use of the milli-fire needle treatment;four patients in the control group had dry and itchy facial skin symptoms at the beginning of the treatment,which were tolerable,and disappeared after one week,neither of the two groups affected the continuous treatment.Conclusion:Compared with the western medicine tacrolimus ointment,the clinical effect of acupoint bleeding combined with milli-fire needle is better,and it can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the recurrence rate,and has the advantages of shorter treatment time and lower treatment cost,which is worthy of clinical application.
