Clinical Observation Of Zhike Pingchuan Decotion Combined With Atomization In The Treatment Syndrome Of Wind-heat Invading Lung Of Cough Variant Asthma In Children

Object:Observe the efficacy and safety of Zhike Pingchuan Decoction combined with Budesonide Suspension for Inhalation in the treatment syndrome of wind-heat invading lung of cough variant asthma in children,in order to provide a new way for the treatment of CVA in children by combining TCM and western medicine.Method:Sixty children with syndrome of wind-heat invading lung of cough variant asthma were selected and randomly divided into two groups.30 cases are divided into the experimental group and 30 cases are divided into the control group.The experimental group was given Zhike Pingchuan Decoction combined with Budesonide Suspension for Inhalation,and the control group was given Budesonide Suspension for Inhalation.The two groups were observed for 2 weeks.A TCM syndrome score table was prepared to observe the symptoms of the two groups of children before and after treatment.Result:(1)Baseline analysis:A total of 60 children were observed.There were 30 cases in the experimental group and 30 cases in the control group.There was no difference in gender,age,allergy history,and course of disease(P>0.05),there was also no difference in the scores of main and secondary symptoms before treatment(P>0.05),they can be compared.(2)Comparison of efficacy:There was a difference in the scores of main symptoms before and after treatment in the experimental group(P < 0.05),indicating that Zhike Pingchuan Decoction combined with Budesonide Suspension for Inhalation can reduce cough of children.There was a difference in the scores of main symptoms before and after treatment in the control group(P<0.05),indicating that Budesonide Suspension for Inhalation also can reduce cough of children.There was a difference in the scores of main symptoms after treatment between the two groups of patients(P < 0.05),indicating that Zhike Pingchuan Decoctionwas combined with Budesonide Suspension for Inhalation were better than Budesonide Suspension for Inhalation in treating cough.There was a difference in the scores of secondary symptoms before and after treatment in the experimental group(P <0.05),indicating that Zhike Pingchuan Decoction combined with Budesonide Suspension for Inhalation can improve the children' secondary symptoms.There was a difference in the scores of secondary symptoms before and after treatment in the control group(P<0.05),indicatingthat Budesonide Suspension for Inhalation had a certain role in secondary symptoms.There was a difference in the scores of secondary symptoms after treatment between the two groups of patients(P<0.05),indicating that Zhike Pingchuan Decoction combined with Budesonide Suspension for Inhalation had advantages in secondary symptoms.Total efficiency in the experimental group was 93%,total efficiency in the control group was 73%.There was a difference in TCM syndromes by comparison(P < 0.05),indicating that Zhike Pingchuan Decoction combined with Budesonide Suspension for Inhalation were better than Budesonide Suspension for Inhalation in improving TCM syndromes.(3)Safety observation:Patients did not find any adverse reactoins such as drug allergy and physical discomfort during the treatment period,Zhike Pingchuan Decoction and Budesonide Suspension for Inhalation were safe.Conclusion:(1)Zhike Pingchuan Decoction combined with Budesonide Suspension for Inhalation are effective in the treatment syndrome of wind-heat invading lung of cough variant asthma in children.Zhike Pingchuan Decoctionwas combined with Budesonide Suspension for Inhalation are better than Budesonide Suspension for Inhalation in the scores of main symptoms,the scores of secondary symptoms and TCM syndromes.(2)The patients do not find any adverse reactoins such as drug allergy and physical discomfort during the treatment period,Zhike Pingchuan Decoction combined with Budesonide Suspension for Inhalation are safe and have the value of clinical promotion.
