Objective:to observe the characteristics of general data, blood test data and bone metabolism data of Postmenopausal women with type 2 diabetes, and to analyze the influencing factors of osteoporosis in postmenopausal type 2 diabetic patients,to provide a clinical basis for the prevention and treatment of To provide clinical evidence for the prevention and treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods:According to the inclusion criteria,114 cases of postmenopausal osteoporosis patients with type 2 diabetes and 25 cases of postmenopausal non-osteoporosis patients with type 2 diabetes were retrospectively selected in this study,a total of 139 cases of postmenopausal type 2 diabetes patients were divided into two groups:(1)osteoporosis group(OP group);(2)the osteoporosis group(NOP)were measured with DXA lumbar 1-4 and total hip and femoral neck bone mineral salt density values measured and collected the clinical data of patients, including hospitalization number, name, age, height, weight,BMI,blood pressure, diabetes duration, duration ofmenopause, production time,FBG,glycosylated hemoglobin, blood calcium and blood phosphorus,ALP,PTH,total vitamin D3,osteocalcin,PINP,beta CTX,tHcy,HDL,LDL-C-C,TG,TC,urine trace albumin, urine creatinine, urine albumin creatinine ratio;Chronic complications of diabetes;Diabetes medication status;Whether to use statins to adjust fat;Medication status of blood pressure lowering drugs ACEI/ARB.The relevant data involved were statistically analyzed by SPSS25.0 statistical software to identify the risk factors of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women with diabetes.Results:1.There was no statistically significant difference in height, blood pressure, grade of labor, diabetes course,FBG,glycosylated hemoglobin, blood calcium, blood phosphorus,ALP,total vitamin D3,PTH,osteocalcin,PINP,lept-ctx,tHcy,hdl-c,ldl-c,TG,TC,urinary albumin creatinine ratio between the osteoporosis group(OP group)and the non-osteoporosis group(NOP group).2.There were statistically significant differences in age(P<0.001),body weight(P=0.006),body mass index(P<0.001),menopausal years(P<0.001)and diabetic nephropathy(P=0.018)between the OP group and the NOP group, which were included in the logistic regression equation, indicating that age(P=0.014),menopausal years(P=0.036)and diabetic nephropathy(P=0.046)were risk factors for osteoporosis and BMI(P=0.002)was a protective factor. Conclusions:The incidence of postmenopausal osteoporosis in type 2 diabetes is related to age, menopause years,BMI,diabetic nephropathy and other factors.BMI was a possible protective factor, while age, menopause years and diabetic nephropathy were risk factors.
