| Objective: The purpose of this article is to collect the treatises on spleen and stomach and related documents in zhou shenzhai's suicide note.On the basis of previous studies,this study systematically sorts out and summarizes the academic thoughts and clinical characteristics of zhou shenzhai's spleen and stomach,so as to contribute to clinical practice.Methods: On the basis of previous studies,using the method of philology,"Zhou Shenzhai Medical Complete Book"(mainly including "Shenzhai's Legacy book" and " Doctor Mysteries")as the research object,extensive collection of books and academic papers about Zhou Shenzhai reference.Comprehensively use the methods of comparison,inference,and summarization,put forward a framework,sort out and summarize the origin of Zhou Shenzhai's spleen and stomach theory and its theory,and analyze the characteristics of its syndrome differentiation in clinical application.Results:(1)Zhou's learn from the ancients without sticking to the ancients,the combination of study and experiment,inheritance and development,and play a role in the development of spleen and stomach disease academic development;(2)Zhou's treatment of spleen and stomach diseases,highlighting the rise of kidney qi and the combination of stomach and gas Features of Arcana.Zhou's is not to divide the spleen and kidney into two parts,but to take the relationship between innate and acquired as the axis,discuss the pathogenesis of the five internal organs,and use the elevation of the spleen and stomach as the axis to discuss the causes of the disease.It plays an important role in the body;(3)Zhou's suggestion that "if all diseases do not heal,so seek the spleen and stomach" is the most important part of its theoretical system;(4)Zhou's joint diagnosis and diagnosis in the diagnosis of spleen and stomach diseases,Special emphasis on pulse diagnosis,and accumulated a lot of experience,pulse diagnosis is used to determine the stomach qi of the five internal organs,etiology and pathogenesis,infer the presence or absence of stomach qi,disease outcome,and guide clinical medication,etc.;(5)Zhou's The idea of attaching importance to yang qi runs through the whole process of its prescriptions and prescriptions,and provides more theoretical and methodological guidance for later generations of physicians in attaching importance to yang and treating diseases;(6)Zhou's emphasis on stomach yang while taking into account stomach yin.It also proposed the pulse of yin deficiency and the blank of the diagnosis of spleen and yin deficiency syndrome,which provided a basis for future generations to accurately diagnose the syndrome of spleen and yin deficiency;(7)Zhou's treatment of various diseases is based on the spleen and stomach.Legislation is appropriate.Most of them are designed for Weakness symptoms,and mainly focus on strengthening the spleen and stomach.Conclusion: The academic thought of spleen and stomach runs through the works of Zhou Shenzhai.Zhou Shenzhai elucidated the theory of spleen and stomach and established his own ideas,thus forming his own thoughts on spleen and stomach.Zhou Shenzhai's academic knowledge of the spleen and stomach including theory,method,prescription,and medicine.He has unique knowledge of the spleen and stomach.His academic theory of the spleen and stomach has contributed to the development of the spleen and stomach theory in later generations and has been widely used in clinical departments. |
