Artemisia argyi has a long history of medicinal use in China.It has mild medicinal properties,bitter and bitter taste,and returns to the liver and kidney channels.It has the effects of rejuvenating yang,regulating qi,reducing swelling,and reducing dampness.It is often used clinically to treat diseases such as inflammation,headache,and malaria.With the increasing demand for wormwood resources at home and abroad,many areas have begun large-scale artificial planting,such as the more famous Qi Ai of Hubei,Qi Ai of Hebei,,Wan Ai of Henani,and so on.In recent years,Wubao,Tongchuan and other regions in northern Shaanxi have used it as a poverty alleviation project to plant large areas of barren hills,and the situation is gratifying.However,there is a lack of research on wormwood produced in this area,especially the composition of wormwood may be affected by the environment.People have questioned whether the production of Artemisia argyi in northern Shaanxi has the same application prospects as the production of Artemisia argyi in other regions.In order to scientifically evaluate the differences in the medicinal ingredients of Artemisia argyi from different places,and to provide scientific support for the large-scale planting of Artemisia argyi from Wubao.In this paper,the argan leaves produced in Qichun of Hubei Province,Anguo of Hebei Province,and Nanyang of Henan Province Province were used as controls,and the wormwood leaves produced in Wubao,Tongchuan,Xi'an,Shaanxi were used as the target materials.The volatile oil,total flavonoids and tannin content of the wormwood samples in different regions were tested and compared,and the antioxidant activity of Wubao local wormwood and its introduction and cultivation volatile oil was further tested.The main results obtained are as follows:1.Extract the volatile oil of Artemisia argyi from different areas by steam distillation and determine its content.The order of the volatile oil content of the eight samples of Artemisia argyi is:Hubei Qichun Qiai>Wubao Beiai transplanted Artemisia argyi>Henan Nanyang Wanai>Northern Shaanxi Wubao Local Ai>Tongchuan Local Ai>Zhejiang Local Ai>Shaanxi Qi Ai Transplanted>Hebei Anguo Qi Ai.The color of volatile oil is light yellow or green except for the local Ai from Zhejiang and the local Ai from Wubao in northern Shaanxi.2.The optimal conditions for the extraction of total flavonoids in Artemisia argyi by the three-factor three-level response surface test were screened,and the total flavonoids in 8 samples of Artemisia argyi were compared.The results showed that the extraction temperature was 80? and the methanol concentration was 50%and the reflux time is 55min and the material-liquid ratio is 1:65 is the optimal condition.Under this condition,the total flavonoid yield of 8 samples of Artemisia argyi extracted in this order is:Wubao local Ai(8.33%)>Wubao transplanted Bei Ai(6.42%)>Qi Chun Qi Ai(6.39%)>Hangzhou Ai(5.87%)>Anguo Qi Ai(5.61%)>Nanyang Wan Ai(5.50%)>Xi'an Ai(4.83%)>Tongchuan Ai(4.74%).3.The ultrasonic method is used to extract the tannin from Artemisia argyi,and the optimal extraction conditions of ultrasonic extraction of tannin from Artemisia argyi by three-factor and three-level response surface test are investigated.The tannin content in the wormwood leaves of 8 producing areas was analyzed and compared.The results showed that under the conditions of extraction temperature of 60?,ultrasonic power of 50%and ultrasonic time of 10 min,the tannic acid yields of the eight samples of Artemisia argyi extracted were Hangzhou Ai(4.67%)>Wubao Local Ai(4.43)%)>Wubao transplanted Beiai(4.33%)>Nanyang Wanai(4.07%)>Qichun Qiai(3.71%)>Xi'an AI(3.76%)>Tongchuan AI(2.78%)>Anguo Qi AI(2.18%).4.Using Vc as a control,the total reducing power of the volatile oils specified in the pharmacopoeia of Wubao local wormwood and transplanted wormwood and the scavenging ability of hydroxyl radical(OH),DPPH radical and ABTS radical were tested.The results show that the volatile oil from the two samples has a strong ability to inhibit and remove hydroxyl radicals(OH),DPPH free radicals,and ABTS free radicals in the mass concentration range of 0.1to5.0mg/mL.There is a good linear relationship between the antioxidant capacity and its mass concentration.DPPH free radical scavenging ability and total antioxidant capacity are in order:Vc>Wubao transplanted Ai>Wubao native Ai,ABTS free radical scavenging ability and hydroxyl radical scavenging ability are:Vc>Wubao native Ai>Wubao transplanted Ai.Summing up the above,it can be seen that the content of the three main medicinal ingredients in Artemisia argyi produced in Wubao,Northern Shaanxi is the closest to the authentic medicinal material Qi Ai,which has the prospect of large-scale promotion of cultivation and development;the tannin content of Xi'an transplanted Qi Ai and Hubei Qi Ai Compared with no significant difference,it can be used to develop hemostatic and anti-inflammatory drugs;the extraction rate of total flavonoids and tannin in mugwort leaves from Tongchuan is low,and it can be researched and developed for moxibustion.
