Artemisia lavandulaefolia is widely distributed in China and has abundant resources. Its plants can be used as medicine, mild in temperature, bitter taste and bitterness, and it can be used in the liver, kidney, kidney,qi,swelling, and dampness. It is often used for inflammation in clinic.Treatment of diseases such as headaches and malaria.Artemisia lavandulaefolia contains a variety of chemical components, including flavonoids, volatile oils, triterpenoids, polysaccharides and some small molecular components.Volatile oil is one of the main active ingredients of Artemisia lavandulaefolia.Studies have shown that volatile oil has good application value in antibacterial,anti-tumor and anti-oxidation.At present, the research and application of volatile oil of Artemisia lavandulaefolia in the fields of medicine, chemical industry and food health care has attracted the attention of domestic scholars.Although there are more researches on the research of Artemisia lavandulaefolia in China, the research data of Artemisia lavandulaefolia are still lacking. Most of the existing data are concentrated on the extraction process of volatile oil from Artemisia lavandulaefolia, but there are few reports on its active ingredients and their effects. Therefore, the preparation of volatile oil from Artemisia lavandulaefolia, research on its active components and its effects is of great significance for promoting the development and utilization of Artemisia lavandulaefolia. In this paper, the main results of the extraction, composition analysis and antioxidant activity of volatile oil from Artemisia lavandulaefolia are as follows:(1)The volatile oil in Artemisia lavandulaefolia is extracted by steam distillation. The optimum extraction process of volatile oil from Artemisia lavandulaefolia was determined by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The extraction time was 6 h,the ratio of material to liquid was 1:12,and the soaking time was 2.5 h.Under the conditions, the yield of volatile oil from Artemisia lavandulaefolia was 1.00%.(2)Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to detect the volatileoil of Artemisia lavandulaefolia, and the results were compared with the volatile oil of Artemisia lavandulaefolia. As a result, eight components were identified from the volatile oil of Artemisia lavandulaefolia, mainly eucalyptus brain, ketone, alcohol, and alkane.Among them, the content of temporal lobe brain was the highest, which was 31.62%;the content of tetracosane was the second, which was 18.73%.84 kinds of components were identified from the volatile oil of Artemisia argyi, mainly cyclic compounds such as benzene, naphthalene and anthracene, and compounds such as acid, amide, ester and hydrazine.Wherein[1R-(1.?,3a.?,4?,7?)]-1,2,3,4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-1,4-dimethyl-7-(1-A The content of vinyl group-hydrazine was the highest,9.40%;the content of(1S)-1,7,7-trimethyl-bicyclo [2.2.1] heptan-2-one was 7.76%.Through comparison,it is found that the volatile oil of Artemisia lavandulaefolia and the volatile oil of Artemisia argyi contain scorpion brain, ketone, alcohol, alkane and other components, but there are differences in the types and contents of the main components, which may be related to the species of plants. The impact of factors such as origin, growth environment and climate.(3)The antioxidant activity of volatile oil from Artemisia lavandulaefolia was studied by investigating the scavenging ability of volatile oil of Radix Artemisia lavandulaefolia on hydroxyl radical,DPPH free radical and ABTS free radical and the total reducing power of Artemisia lavandulaefolia. The results showed that in the concentration range of 0.1~4.0 mg/mL,the volatile oil of Artemisia lavandulaefolia had strong free radical scavenging ability and reducing ability with the increase of mass concentration gradient, which showed good antioxidant activity. The clearance rate of volatile oil to free radicals has a good linear relationship with the curve drawn by its mass concentration.(4)The mouse aging model was established by intraperitoneal injection of D-galactose for six weeks.Physiological and biochemical indicators and histomorphological observation were performed on mice in different experimental groups. The results showed that there was no significant difference in body weight between the mice in each dose group(p>0.05).In terms of organ coefficient determination, the heart and liver coefficients of the aging model group were significantly decreased(p<0.01,p<0.001),which may be related to the oxidative damage of D-galactose to organs. In terms of biochemicalindicators, compared with the blank control group, the SOD and GSH contents in the heart, liver and kidney of the aging model group were significantly decreased(p<0.05,p<0.01,p<0.001),and the MDA and PCO contents were significantly increased.(p<0.001),indicating that the mouse aging model was successfully constructed;compared with the aging model group, the SOD and GSH contents in the heart, liver and kidney of the wild wormwood volatile oil-protected group were significantly increased(p<0.05,p<0.01,p<0.001),MDA and PCO levels were significantly decreased(p<0.05,p<0.01,p<0.001),indicating that the volatile oil of Artemisia lavandulaefolia has certain anti-oxidation effects in mice.Through histomorphological observation, the volatile oil of Artemisia lavandulaefolia can protect the integrity of mouse cardiomyocytes, hepatocytes and kidney cells.
