| Objective:To investigate the effects of pioglitazone hydrochloride metformin hydrochloride tablets on the treatment of sex hormones,metabolic level and inflammatory markers in patients with newly diagnosed polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:From January 2019 to December 2019,88 cases of newly diagnosed polycystic ovary syndrome aged 18-34 years were collected in the outpatient department of endocrinology and metabolism of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University and randomly divided into a study group and a control group,each group for each of the 44 patients,the study group received pioglitazone hydrochloride and metformin hydrochloride tablets(15mg / 500 mg,twice daily),and the control group received metformin hydrochloride tablets(500mg,3 times daily)for a period of 12 weeks.The improvement levels of body mass index,sex hormones,blood sugar,insulin,blood lipids and hypersensitive C-reactive protein were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:(1)There was no statistically significant difference in the baseline values of the observation indexes between the two groups of patients before treatment(P> 0.05).(2)There was no significant change in the levels of FBG,HDL-C and BMI before and after treatment in the two groups(P> 0.05).Compared with before treatment,the FINS,HOMA-IR,TC,LDL-C,levels of the control group after treatment decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Compared with before treatment,PG,FINS,HOMA-IR,TC,TG,LDL-C decreased significantly in the study group 2 hours after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of FINS and HOMA-IR in the study group decreased more significantly(P <0.05).(3)Both groups can significantly reduce serum testosterone levels,but there is no difference between the groups.Compared with before treatment,the decrease level of LH / FSH and hs-CRP was also observed in the study group(P <0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference compared with the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)After 12 weeks of treatment with polycystic ovary syndrome,pioglitazone hydrochloride and metformin hydrochloride tablets can significantly improve insulin resistance,improve sex hormone levels,and reduce blood glucose,blood lipids and Creactive protein levels.(2)Compared with metformin hydrochloride tablets,pioglitazone hydrochloride and metformin hydrochloride tablets can better improve insulin resistance after 12 weeks in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. |
