| Objective:To investigate the changes of oxidative stress level in patients with phlegm-dampness ovarian syndrome(PCOS),and to observe the clinical treatment effect and oxidation of phlegm-dampness PCOS patients.The intervention of stress state.Methods:Eighty patients who met the criteria for case selection were divided into four groups:control group,PCOS non-dampness group,PCOS phlegm treatment group(treatment group),and PCOS phlegm routine group(conventional group).The levels of basal hormone,fasting insulin(FINS)and fasting blood glucose(FPG)were measured in each group.The insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)was calculated and superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)and glutathione were determined.Glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)level,observed and analyzed the difference of the above data in four groups,and correlation analysis between SOD,MDA,GSH-Px and FINS,FPG,HOMA-IR.The conventional group was further treated with metformin hydrochloride tablets.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Jiawei Qigong Pills on the basis of the conventional group.The two groups were started after the net,21 days for one cycle,and after three cycles of treatment,observe.The changes in the level of observation indicators in each group were compared to evaluate the efficacy.Results:(1)Comparison of basal hormone,FPG and FINS levels before treatment in four groups:no significant difference in FSH,E2,P and FPG levels(P>0.05);Comparison of LH,LH/FSH,T,FINS and HOMA-IR levels.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(2)Comparison of serum SOD,MDA and GSH-Px levels in the four groups before treatment:MDA levels in the conventional group and the treatment group were higher than those in the control group and the PCOS non-dampness group,while the GSH-Px and SOD levels were lower than the control group.The difference between the group and the PCOS non-dampness group was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Correlation analysis between FPG,FINS,HOMA-IR and SOD,MDA and GSH-Px:There is no correlation between FPG and SOD,MDA and GSH-Px(P>0.05);SOD,MDA,GSH.There was a significant correlation between GSH-Px and FINS and HOMA-IR(P<0.01).(4)Comparison of TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment in the conventional group and the treatment group:The scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group were lower than those in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was a statistically significant difference in the scores before and after treatment in the group(P<0.05).(5)The levels of basal hormone,FPG,FINS,SOD,MDA and GSH-Px in the conventional group and the treatment group were compared before and after treatment:there was no significant difference in the levels of FPG,FSH,E2and P before and after treatment(P>0.05);while LH,T.The differences between FINS,HOMA-IR,SOD,MDA and GSH-Px were statistically significant(P<0.05).The LH,FINS,HOMA-IR and MDA levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the treatment group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the GSH-Px level in this group was higher than that in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)Patients with phlegm-dampness PCOS have significant insulin resistance(IR)characteristics;(2)Serum SOD,MDA,GSH-Px levels were abnormally expressed in patients with phlegm-dampness PCOS,and there was a significant correlation between SOD,MDA,GSH-Px and FINS,HOMA-IR,suggesting that IR may be caused by phlegm.The key target of oxidative stress abnormality in patients with PCOS plays a role in bridge;(3)Chinese medicine for dampness and phlegm may improve the body’s IR level by regulating oxidative stress in patients with phlegm-dampness PCOS,so as to achieve the purpose of treating diseases;(4)The combination of Chinese and Western medicine is better than western medicine in improving the symptoms of TCM and endocrine in patients with phlegm-dampness PCOS.It is worthy of clinical promotion. |
