Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy and voice quality of microsurgical laryngectomy and CO2 laser resection in the treatment of vocal cord polyps under bracing laryngoscope.Methods:Sixty patients with vocal cord polyps who underwent surgery in the second affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from May 2019 to November 2019 were divided into two groups according to their own will and the consent of their families,with 30 patients in each group.One group was treated with CO2 laser surgery under bracing laryngoscope,the other group was treated with Laryngeal microsurgery under bracing laryngoscope,and the curative effect was evaluated by electronic laryngoscope 4 weeks after operation.The patients were evaluated with VHI scale before operation,1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks after operation,and objective voice acoustic analysis was carried out by using DIVAS2.7 voice analysis system of XION company in Germany.Acoustic parameters such as Fundamental frequency perturbation(jitter),amplitude perturbation(shimmer),Maximum phonation time(MPT),dysphonia severity index(DSI)were obtained,and the data obtained from appeal were statistically analyzed.To analyze and compare the different curative effects of the two surgical methods in the treatment of vocal cord polyps and their effects on voice quality.Results:1.There was no significant difference between CO2 laser surgery and laryngeal microsurgery in the treatment of vocal cord polyps(P>0.05).2.There was no significant difference in jitter,shimmer,MPT,DSI and VHI between the two groups before operation.The acoustic parameters of voice were significantly improved at 1 week and 2 weeks after operation,especially at 4 weeks after operation.The voice parameters of each time period were significantly different from those before operation(P < 0.05).3.There was no significant difference in Shimmer,MPT,DSI and VHI betweenthe two groups at the same time after operation,except for the difference of jitter in the first week after operation.Conclusion:CO2 laser surgery under bracing laryngoscope and laryngeal microsurgical instrument resection under bracing laryngoscope can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and voice quality of patients with vocal cord polyps.About 1 week after operation,the voice function of the laser group was not as good as that of the larynx microsurgical instrument group,but there was no significant difference in voice function between the two groups at 2 weeks and 4 weeks after operation.
