Abstract/Summary:
Background:Coronary heart disease(CHD)is one of the leading causes of death worldwide.It is caused by the formation of coronary atherosclerotic plaques.There are many and complex factors that cause coronary atherosclerosis.It is difficult to predict the severity of lesions.In recent years,many indicators for predicting the severity of coronary artery lesions have been proposed,all of which have certain limitations.This study explores the correlation between the blood free fatty acid profile and the severity of coronary artery lesions.The fatty acid profile predicts the severity of coronary artery disease.Method:A collection of 191 patients who underwent coronary angiography(CAG)in the Department of Cardiology,Sino-Japanese Union Hospital of Jilin University due to chest tightness,chest pain and other symptoms from February 2019 to December 2019 were collected,and fasting blood free fatty acids were performed on these patients Detection.1.Divided into two groups according to the results of coronary angiography,medical history,electrocardiogram,etc.: 125 cases of coronary heart disease group(CHD group)and 66 cases of non-coronary heart disease group as the control group.All subjects were scored by Gensini,scores less than 20 were divided into low GS(Gensini score)group,and scores ≥20 were divided into high GS group.2.Collect and record basic clinical data such as age,gender,smoking history,hypertension history,diabetes history,fasting blood glucose,low-density lipoprotein,total cholesterol,and plasma free fatty acids of all study subjects,and compare the coronary heart disease group with non-Whether there are differences in basic clinical data between coronary heart disease groups;3.The FFA between the high GS group and the low GS group was compared,and the factors with differences were further analyzed by binary logistic regression.Through the above research,the correlation analysis between FFA and the degree of coronary artery disease is obtained,and the severity of coronary artery disease is predicted by FFA.Result:(1)The proportion of women in the CHD group and the history of smoking were higher than those in the non-CHD group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).LDL-C/HDL and Apo B/Apo A1 in the CHD group were higher than those in the non-CHD group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).HDL and Apo A1 in the CHD group were lower than those in the non-CHD group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)The C16:0 and SFA of the CHD group were lower than those of the non-CAD group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)C20:0 is an independent protective factor for the severity of coronary artery disease(P<0.05).Conclusion:C20:0 is an independent protective factor for the severity of coronary artery disease,and may predict the severity of coronary artery disease.
