Objective The purpose of this study is to find an effective method for prevention and treatment of CIPN through literature research and data mining,and to clarify the mechanism of acupuncture at Zusanli Point for prevention and treatment of peripheral neurotoxicity induced by oxaliplatin.Methods 1.Literature research and data mining: systematically collating non-drug therapy for prevention and treatment of CIPN;searching for acupuncture points in all literatures of acupuncture treatment of CIPN from January 2009 to March 2019,and entering the results into the Chinese medicine inheritance and inheritance system,realizing the process For the "data entry ? data management ? data query ? data analysis ? output of the results of the analysis ? display of the results of the network visualization",finally export the data for further analysis;use the fifth edition The Chinese Medical Dictionary searches for “Bi”,“Ma” and “Bu Ren” as search terms,and searches in the “Content Search” section of “Chinese Medical Code · Acupuncture and Moxibustion Moxibustion”,and collects CIPN related data through Excel database.Literature entry.2.Animal experimental study: This paper established a rat model of oxaliplatin-induced peripheral neuritis,which was divided into acupuncture group,massage group,model group and normal group,with 8 rats in each group.After 21 days of treatment,the rat body mass was measured.,food intake,mechanical sensitivity experiments,cold stimulation experiments and immunohistochemistry.Results 1.Literature research and data mining: There are four main types of non-drug therapy.Among them,exercise therapy can enhance the balance function of patients with CIPN.Massage therapy can improve the symptoms of cold and heat in patients' hands and feet.Acupuncture can improve the nerve conduction velocity and is suitable for preventive.Treatment,physical therapy has a better effect on relieving pain;a total of 33 qualified documents were obtained from the relevant literature,involving a total of 63 acupuncture points,a total of 28 acupoints appeared more than 3 times,Sanyinjiao,Zusanli,Hegu,Quchi Yanglingquan is the most frequently used acupuncture point;the ancient literatures retrieved are three,which are located in the fifteenth volume of the acupuncture moxibustion of Pujifang·Acupuncture and Moxibustion,and the fifth volume of Acupuncture and Moxibustion.The foot is weak(ankle),and the "Acupuncture and Moxibustion Outline" is numb.2.Animal experimental study: The rats in the normal weight group of rats were significantly different from the model group on the 14 th and 21 st day(P<0.001).There was no significant difference between the other groups and the model group.There was no significant difference in the food intake of the rats.The rats in the normal group of mechanical sensitivity test were significantly different from the model group on the 7th,14 th,and 21 st day(P values were 0.048,0.011,0.001,respectively);the acupuncture group was on the 7th and 14 th days with the model.The differences were statistically significant(P values were 0.044,0.015,respectively).Cold-sensitization-sensitive rats in the normal group were significantly different from the model group at 21 days(P = 0.001);the acupuncture group was statistically significant at 21 days compared with the model group(P value: 0.031)..Substance P(SP)in the normal group was lower than that in the model group,and the difference was statistically significant(P value was 0.005).Glutamine(GLU)and model group in the normal group.In comparison,the level of GLU decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Compared with the model group,GLU in the acupuncture group and the massage group decreased the GLU level,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001,P=0.005);There were no statistical differences in the methyl group-N-aspartic acid receptor 2B(NR2B)group between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the model group,phosphorylated N-There were no statistical differences in the group of Phosphorylation of Nmethyl-D-aspartic acid receptor 2B(P-NR2B)(P>0.05);CC chemotaxis in normal group Compared with the model group,factor C ligand 2(chemokine(CC motif)ligand 2,CCL2)decreased the level of CCL2,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).CCL2 level in the acupuncture group and massage group compared with the model group.The difference was also statistically significant(P < 0.001,P < 0.001).Conclusion 1.Literature researchand data mining: non-drug therapy combined with chemotherapy drugs can significantly reduce the incidence and extent of CIPN,mainly including exercise therapy,massage therapy,acupuncture therapy,physical therapy;lower limb Zusanli with Sanyinjiao,upper limb Quchi with valley,It may be the key point for prevention and treatment of CIPN;ancient literature indicates that acupuncture and moxibustion Zusanli has a good therapeutic effect on the lower limbs,waist and knee pain,unfavorable flexion and extension,and numbness,and provides a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of CIPN in Zusanli.2.Animal experimental study: This study showed that Zusanli can prevent and treat CIPN and relieve temperature and pain sensitivity symptoms.The mechanism can be achieved by down-regulating chemokine CCL2,inhibiting glutamate expression and improving oxaliplatin-induced peripheral neurotoxicity.
