Aims:Use Three dimensional acquisition and analysis system(system)and bilateral limb structure measurement to study the symmetry of movement of both sides of the limbs of children with CMT,and evaluate whether the symmetry of movement of children with Torticollis is different from that of normal infants,so as to provide a prospective study for the disease cognition and treatment of children with Torticollis. Methods: Motor symmetry of children with torticollis was evaluated by comparing the healthy side with the affected side and the normal infant group. The therapeutic effect of movement symmetry in children with torticollis was evaluated by comparison between groups after local massage and local combined with systemic massage.Selected in July2018 to March 2019 from yueyang combine traditional Chinese and western medicine hospital affiliated to Shanghai university of traditional Chinese medicine massage clinic of torticollis patients and normal infants and young children, torticollis in torticollis group, normal infants and young children as normal group, the first application of 3-D motion capture system and bilateral body structure measurement evaluation subjects bilateral the symmetry of body structure and movement function, compare and compare torticollis torticollis children on both sides of the movement symmetry children with normal movement symmetry of the infant. Results: 1.The torticollis in children with movement symmetry evaluation:(1)In Physical structure, torticollis in children with bilateral thigh circumference, crus surrounds, lower limb length difference(p < 0.05),and the contralateral superior to one side, compared with the normal infants and young children, torticollis in children with bilateral thigh circumference, crus surrounds differences(p < 0.05),and children with normal infant body symmetry structure is better than that of torticollis.(2)In terms of motor function, there was a significant difference in angular velocity of movement of bilateral knee joint in children with torticollis(p < 0.05),and there was a general situation in shoulder, elbow and knee joint that the motor function of the healthy side was better than that of the affected side. There was a difference in the range of motion of bilateral knee joints between children with torticollis and normal infants(p < 0.05),and the symmetry of the range of motion of normal infants was generally better than that of children with torticollis.2.Evaluation of movement symmetry before and after intervention for children with torticollis:(1)In terms of limb structure, local combined with systemic massage therapy can improve the thigh circumference symmetry of children with congenital muscular torticollis(p < 0.05),as well as the rest limb circumference(p > 0.05).(2)In terms of motor function, local massage can improve the symmetry of knee movement in children with congenital muscular torticollis(p < 0.05).(3)There was no significant difference in the improvement of limb structure and motor function symmetry between local massage therapy and local combined with systemic massage therapy for children with torticollis(p > 0.05).3.Evaluation of limb symmetry of children with torticollis before and after intervention:(1)Before and after local massage, there were significant differences in the symmetry of thigh circumference, calf circumference and lower limb structure of children with torticollis before and after treatment(p<0.05).(2)There was a significant difference in thigh circumference symmetry before and after local combined with systemic massage(p<0.05).(3)There was no significant difference in the therapeutic effect of the two intervention methods on the limb structure symmetry of children with torticollis, and there was no statistical difference in the difference between before and after treatment of each index(p>0.05).4.Evaluation of symmetry of limb movement function in children with torticollis before and after intervention:(1)before and after local massage, there was a significant difference in symmetry of angular velocity of hip joint in children with torticollis(p <0.05).(2)Symmetry of motion range and angular velocity of all joints before and after local combined with general massage showed no significant difference before and after treatment(p>0.05).(3)There was no significant difference in limb movement symmetry before and after the two interventions(p>0.05).Conclusion:1.Children with torticollis are more prone to appear asymmetry in motor structure and function compared with normal infants.2.The movement structure and function of children with torticollis generally have the tendency that the healthy side is superior to the affected side.3.Massage treatments have the tendency of improving the symmetry of movement structure of children with toricollis.
