The Comparative Analysis Of Prosthesis Combined With Ear Cartilage And Autologous Cartilage In Nasal Tip Shaping In Rhinoplasty

Objective: According to the popular surgical methods of nasal tip treatment in rhinoplasty and cosmetic surgery in recent years,the combination of autologous ear cartilage prosthesis and autologous cartilage alone were used to compare the differences between the two surgical methods,so as to provide better clinical guidance.Methods: Research materials from December 2017 to December 2019 were from beauty clinics and cooperative unit,a total of 100 cases of nasal cosmetic surgery for beauty,combines the torture beauty in accordance with the requirements for individual apiration nose and organization form of auricle grouping experiment,the group is the difference between in the two groups of rhinoplasty surgery,on the nasal tip concept on completely different surgical methods on the shape,the two kinds of operation method are also proved to be feasible,as a group,divided into the team of 50 cases(using autogenous ear cartilage composite prosthesis implantation)and control group 50 cases(using autologous cartilage with tip),Photos were taken and data were collected to compare the preoperative and postoperative changes of nasal tips treated by different surgical methods,analyze the operation and healing time,measure the relevant values of nasal tips before and after surgery,and follow up the two groups after surgery to compare the postoperative complications and the satisfaction of postoperative nasal tips.Results: Rival preoperative two experimental nasal shape measurement data,collected statistical comparison,there was no significant difference(P > 0.05),is the same,the nose related measurement value such as nasolabial Angle,tip Angle,long nose,nose long axis Angle,tip projection,etc.,in the postoperative group(composite materials)compared with control group(group pure cartilage)measurement after still there was no significant difference(P > 0.05);The difference was that the composite material group had significant advantages in operation time and healing time,with statistical significance(P< 0.05).Compared with the pure cartilage group,postoperative complications and follow-up satisfaction were also different.Conclusions: In comprehensive rhinoplasty surgery using joint prosthesis implantation of autogenous ear cartilage plastic method can effectively improve tip shaping effect,the operation difficulty level,operation time and postoperative wound healing aspects show great advantages,and after surgery and the complications of the person concerned is also significantly reduced,each operation experience of beauty is good,satisfaction is higher,at the same time of reducing wounds can shape a better tip shape,it is easier to achieve nasal aesthetic requirements,application effect is satisfied,is worth popularizing in clinic.
