The Clinical Study On Jianpi Huazhuo Decoction In Treating Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease With Phlegm And Turbidity Type

Background: With the continuous progress of society and economy,people's living standards continue to improve,and the dietary structure of high-sugar,high-fat,and high-carbon water has changed in recent years.Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease(NAFLD)The morbidity in China has increased year by year,becoming another major liver disease after viral hepatitis.Its disease course is difficult to heal,and the treatment effect is not good.As a risk factor for liver cirrhosis and liver cancer,it has greatly threatened people's health,and has been widely valued by the medical community.Modern medicine often uses insulin sensitizers,liver-protective drugs,antioxidants and lipid-lowering drugs for clinical treatment,but the clinical effect is not significant.Based on this,in recent years,through a large number of basic tests and clinical research,Chinese medicine has made good progress in understanding the disease,syndrome classification,syndrome differentiation and treatment,and the incidence of disease.Traditional Chinese medicine has opened up a new path for the prevention and treatment of NAFLD with the advantages and efficacy of individualized treatment.Objective: This article objectively evaluates the therapeutic effect of Jianpi Huazhuo Recipe on NAFLD from the aspects of clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,performance of abdominal color Doppler ultrasound in modern medicine,liver function,blood lipid,and blood glucose tests.Relying on the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine and the advantages of syndrome differentiation and treatment,it is hoped that it can provide a certain reference and method for clinical treatment of NAFLD.Methods: Sixty patients who were diagnosed as NAFLD in the department of spleen and stomach of the Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine,met the inclusion criteria,and were of the Chinese medicine sputum turbidity and internal resistance type.The control group received oral silibinin capsules(Shuilinjia)and the treatment group received oral Jianpi Huazhuo Decoction(Dangshen 10 g,Fuling 30 g,Chaobaizhu 15 g,Gancao 10 g,Jigucao 20 g,Jinqiancao 30 g,Zexie 10 g,Heye 20 g,Chaihu 10 g,Huangqin 10 g,Xiangfu 10g,Xiangfu 10g).The treatment cycle is 12 weeks.During the trial period,all drugs that have an impact on the observation are disabled.The clinical symptoms,liver color ultrasound,liver function,blood lipid,blood glucose and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients before and after treatment are observed and recorded.And analyze the final treatment results.Result: After a comparative analysis of the treatment results of the two groups,the following results were obtained:(1)The main symptoms of TCM: the total effective rate of the control group is 60%,the total effective rate of the treatment group is 86.67%.The curative effect of the treatment group is significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.05);(2)TCM symptom score effect: The treatment group has better treatment effect on the right flank discomfort or bloating,sticky stool,heavy body,obesity,loss of appetite,burnout,pulse and tongue than the control group(P < 0.05),there are obvious differences in right flank discomfort or bloating,heavy body,sticky stool,tiredness and fatigue,tongue image(P<0.01),but there is no significant difference in the treatment of abdominal distension and dizziness and nausea(P>0.05);(3)Curative effect of Liver ultrasound: The effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%,and the effective rate of the control group was 56.67%.The efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05);(4)Improvement of liver function,blood lipid and blood glucose in clinical tests: The treatment group was better than the control group in improving AST and ?-GT(P <0.05);There was no significant improvement in the indicators of TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,and GLU in the two groups(P> 0.05).Conclusion: Jianpi Huazhuo Decoction has a significant effect in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.It is superior to the application of silybin capsules in the treatment,relief of clinical symptoms,and improvement of NAFLD under abdominal ultrasound,especially for the treatment of TCM symptoms.And no adverse reactions were found during the treatment,and it is safe and effective,and has certain clinical value.
