The Effection Of Jianpi Liqi Huazhuo Recipe On Alcoholic Fatty Liver

Objective: The objective is to observe the effect of Jianpi Liqi Huazhuo Recipe(JLHR)on alcoholic fatty liver(AFL),so as to provide new treatment ideas and methods.Methods: 80 cases of alcoholic fatty liver patients were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group.Chinese medicine group were treated with JLHR,West medicine group were treated with Polyene phosphatidyl choline capsules.The period of treatment all were 12 weeks.Compared the Traditional Chinese Medicine score(TCM score),the degree of steatosis reflected by B ultrasound examination,the changes of serum biochemical indicators,such as ALT,AST,GGT,TC,TG,ect.Results:1.The degree of liver steatosis: In the Chinese medicine group,the degree of liver steatosis obviously improved after treatment(P<0.01).In the West medicine group,the degree of liver steatosis improved after treatment(P<0.05).The improvement of the Chinese medicine group was greater than the West medicine group(P<0.05).2.The degree of ALT,AST,GGT: In the Chinese medicine group,the degree of ALT,AST,GGT obviously reduced(P<0.01).In the West medicine group,the degree of ALT,AST,GGT reduced(P<0.05).Compared the two group,the degree of ALT,AST,GGT are significant lower in Chinese medicine group than in West medicine group(P<0.05).3.The degree of TC,TG: Compared the two group,the degree of TC,TG are significant lower in Chinese medicine group than in West medicine group(P<0.05).4.In the aspect of the TCM score,there was no difference between patients with mild AFL in Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group(P>0.05),but patients with moderate-server AFL,the TMC score of Chinese medicine group were significant lower than the Western medicine group(P<0.05).5.Overall effect: The overall effect of Chinese medicine group was 97.5%,the overall of West medicine group was 75%.Conclusion:JLHR could prevent and cure the AFL and its effect was superior to Polyene Phosphatidyl choline Capsules.
