| Objective:In this study,we observed the difference in anesthesia and analgesia between acupuncture combined with local infiltration anesthesia and simple local infiltration anesthesia in a three-degree mixed external anesthesia,and comprehensively and objectively evaluated its safety and postoperative complications.Trying to find out the advantages and disadvantages of both,evaluate the clinical application value of acupuncture combined with local infiltration anesthesia in mixed sputum surgery,form a scientific scientific plan for the anesthesia of this disease,and apply it widely in clinical,anesthesia program for this disease The standardization process lays the foundation.In order to improve and innovate anesthesia technology in the future clinical practice,reduce the suffering of patients and reduce the medical burden of patients.Methods : Sixty patients withⅢdegree mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into the experimental group(acupuncture combined with local invasive anesthesia group)30 cases and the control group(local invasive anesthesia group)30 cases.The experimental group acupuncture Changqiang,rank side(bilateral),Chengshan(bilateral)before local anesthesia,after 10 minutes of needle retention,after the local anesthesia,local anesthesia after acupuncture Neiguan(bilateral),two White(double side).Zusanli(away from the side of the bed),perform surgery,leave the needle during the operation and properly perform the needle,and start the needle at the end of the operation.The control group did not perform acupuncture operation,and the operation was performed after local anesthesia.The anesthesia skin acupuncture before local anesthesia,the perioral skin acupuncture before local anesthesia,the wound pain immediately after surgery,1 hour after surgery,6 hours after surgery,and the effect of intraoperative anal relaxation Postoperative urinary retention and edema and safety were assessed to assess patient care.Results: The gender composition of the two groups was tested by c2 test,P=0.796 >0.05,and there was no difference in gender composition.The age composition and operation time were tested by t test of two independent samples,and the p values were 0.878 and 0.868 respectively,both of which were greater than 0.05,showing no statistical difference.No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups,and the cure rate was 100%.The pain degree of the patients before acupuncture anesthesia was tested by rank sum test: P=0.003 < 0.05,indicating statistical difference.The pain degree of the experimental group was reduced compared with the control group.The rank sum test showed that P=0.034 < 0.05,and the pain degree of the experimental group was less than that of the control group.The rank sum test showed that P=0.001< 0.05,indicating that the pain degree of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the analgesic effect of the experimental group was better.Pain data at 1h and 6h after surgery were not subject to normal distribution.After rank sum test and analysis,P values were 0.792 > 0.05 and 0.792 > 0.05,respectively.There was no significant difference in pain between the two groups at 1h and 6h after surgery.After surgery,the score of anal relaxation effect,urinary patency,and the score of wound edge edema of the two groups were not normally distributed.By rank sum test,the p values were 0.005,0.009,0.000,respectively,which were all less than 0.05.The differences were statistically significant,indicating that the experimental group had better anal relaxation,easier to urinate after surgery,and less postoperative edge edema.Conclusion:Compared with simple local infiltration anesthesia,acupuncture combined with local infiltration anesthesia in theⅢdegree mixed hemorrhoids external anesthesia anesthesia analgesia,and intraoperative anal relaxation is better,the impact on postoperative urinary system is small,complications Less,simple and safe operation,suitable for clinical research and promotion. |
