Validation Of Planned Behavior Theory In The Context Of Chinese Culture

Entrepreneurial activity promoted the development of the economy,eased the expansion of the labor force,thus the purpose of the entrepreneurial process study is to promote economic growth.Entrepreneurial intention is the direct factors that affect entrepreneurial activity,the article based on entrepreneurial intention,with entrepreneurial intention theory-the theory of planned behavior,discusses the main predictors of entrepreneurial intention in China.The theory of planned behavior authentication use the questionnaire survey form,entrepreneurial intention questionnaire from the previous literature research,samples from graduating high school students in dalian.Path analysis for the article main research methods.Research results show that self-efficacy is not main predictors of entrepreneurial intention,however,social norms is a major predictor of entrepreneurial intention.
