Ethical Thinking In Strategic Management Of Telecom Enterprises

On a global scale,currently over investment in global telecommunication industry causes productivity excess,internet impact,customer oriented market and decreased profit margin.Many telecommunication enterprise start transformation to survive in the current internal environment and development situation in order to improve the flexibility and competition ability,which will improve profit and give long term development.For the local telecommunication enterprise,strategic transformation is a totally new project.The combination of ethics and management,the implementation of the enterprise ethics management is a major trend of the development of modern enterprise management.It China enterprise current situation,some enterprises fall into the ethical dilemma,and opposing ideas affect the practice of enterprise management,resulting in a large number of unethical business behavior,serious harm to the healthy development of the social economic order.Therefore,re-examine the Chinese of strategic management of enterprise ethics construction,meet the needs of the socialist market economic system of the enterprise ethics and moral norms,both in theory and in practice are very urgent important issue.this thesis studies the development rule,concept,characteristic and risk of the telecommunication enterprise transformation.Based on the case of BT and SBC transformation,this thesis analyzes the experience and the contents of the telecommunication enterprise transformation,as a guide line for Telecom Enterprises enterprise transformation.By analyzing the opportunities and the challenges Telecom Enterprises is facing,combining the transformation rules of some international and local telecommunication enterprises,the thesis brings out Telecom Enterprises's transformation guideline,path and target,builds up the appraising system of enterprise transformation,analyzes the key points in enterprise transformation,and works out the execution items.During these processes,the building of the business model and the risk control of the transformation are the key points,which ensure that the enterprise can develop roundly,harmoniously and consistently.In the thesis,the theory and the practice are fully integrated,and the scientific induction and analyzing are well combined.Based on the innovation on the analyzing method and principle application,Telecom Enterprises's transformation guide and method are proposed as following:?
