A Survey And Analysis On The Development And Application Of Lingnan Dance Choreography Resources

Deeply rooted in Lingnan region,Guangdong dance and drama college has always been to inherit the Lingnan dance as its responsibility.It made a very useful exploration in the development and application of Lingnan dance choreography resources.The institute of Lingnan dance research center is an academic exchange platform for the purpose of protection,inheritance,research and development of Lingnan dance,with the functions of collection,sorting,repair,preservation,communication,research,choreography,exhibition and education.This paper takes the institute,called Lingnan dance research center,as a case study.The research object of this paper is the development and application of the Lingnan dance resources.From the perspective of historical documents and choreography,efforts and achievements of Lingnan dance in Guangdong dance and drama college have been collected.With the excellent choreographers' interview,the author made some surveys and did analysis on Lingnan dance research center,classrooms,rehearsal halls and theaters by field investigations Through this paper,it is expected to provide useful references for the choreography of Lingnan dance.Understanding the function,value and significance of the research institutions,which based on local colleges,in the development and application of regional dance resources,the writer put forward thinking and giving suggestions on how to develop Lingnan dance well and use resources rationally in the future.
