The Analysis And Performance Method Of Liszt's Obermann's Valley

Franz Liszt's music is famous for perfect combination of techniques and emotions.He was recognized as one of the greatest pianists during the Romanticera.Vallée d'Obermann(“Obermann's Valley”)features diverse emotional expressions and a vivid music image,which perfectly embody Liszt's music style.In this paper,musical form,harmonic structure and performance style of this piano piece as well as Liszt's life were analyzed and studied to gain an insight into main idea and technical challenges of this piano piece.In this way,the author fully appreciated the charm showed by Liszt's music style.Through the author's performance and understanding,this paper was expected to provide some reference and guidance for recreation and performance practice of this piano piece.
