A large number of studies have shown that individuals with negative physical intention have a high degree of concern for themselves external image. There are negative comments and opinions on themselves external image.A negative body image will affect the individual's multiple aspects including interpersonal relationships,self-esteem and mental health.Perspective taking with a function of De centralization(self-centered).So,whether the individual perspective taking can reduce the negative body image by reducing the centralization? The study of this problem is helpful for teenagers to understand themselves correctly and objectively evaluate themselves external image, which is helpful to enhance their self-esteem and interpersonal skills.Experiment 1 aims to investigate the attentional bias characteristics of negative body individuals. The experiment was a mixed design with 2(groups:negative physical body group, non negative physical body group)×3(parts of speech:positive body words, negative body words and neutral words).Between-group variable was groups and within-group variable was parts of speech, reaction time and recognition accuracy rate based on word as the dependent variable. The results were analyzed by repeated measurement analysis of variance showed that in the reaction time, under the negative condition, the experimental group was faster than the control group, while in the positive condition, compared with the control group, the experimental group was slower. In recognition accuracy characteristics, the experimental group of negative word recognition accuracy is better than positive words. The results showed that individuals with negative physical intention were more sensitive to negative information processing.Experiment 2 is attention to investigate taking views of others who is general, whether it can reduce the negative physical center tendency. The experiment was a intergroup design with 2(visual angle:self, others)X 3(parts of speech:positive body words, negative body words, neutral words). The results analysed by multiple-factor repetitive measurement showed that in the characteristics of reaction, that in the three parts of speech, the reaction time of perspective is less than that of others. The results show that the memory effect of the negative words is the best, but in the perspective of others, the positive effect is the best.Combine with the reaction time and the rate of correct recognition results, suggesting that taking the views of others can reduce the negative effect of body image.Experiment 3 aims to investigate the effect of taking different views of others. The experiment was a intergroup design with 3(visual angle:self,others,friends)×3(parts of speech:positive body words, negative body words, neutral words).in the experimental design, the dependent variable was the same as experiment 2.The results of analysis of variance of repeated measurement of multiple factors showed that in the reaction time characteristics, from the perspective of self reaction time was significantly less than the general others;general others view reaction time is greater than the friends;the correct rate of features, from the perspective of self recognition correct rate is significantly less than the general people and close others, general recognition from the perspective of the right of others close rate is greater than the others, that is,no matter who taking view can reduce self center, but compared to others, the better effect of taking view of general others. The research results show that young individuals on their own external image are not satisfied has become a common phenomenon, and perspective taking has the function of reducing adolescent individual negative physical intention, improving the negative body image of individual perspective taking ability, improving their own unreasonable cognition.
