The Embodiment Of Spanish Music Style In Albenez's "Iberia"—The Graduation Concert Design Of Master Degree

Isaac Albeniz(1860-1909)is one of the most important composers in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries of Spain.His works are based on traditional musical techniques and incorporate native Spanish musical vocabularies,thereby giving a big push for the development of Spanish piano music,and he is also called “a founder of Spanish nationalism music”.The piano suite Iberia,a work during the mature period of his composition.He showed strong ethnic style by fully discovering Spanish music.This graduate thesis completed design is based on researching and analyzing characteristics from literature of Spanish music.It Summarizes and refines characteristics of Spanish music from the songs,instruments,and dances,on this basis,explains Isaac Albeniz's growth and creation courses,especially analyzises and researches three pieces from the first volume,also talking about his writing style,expressiveness and unique performance techniques from several different angles such as forms,harmonies,rhythm,timbre and techniques.I would also like to show all of them in my final recital.
