"Hongfan" Benevolent Politicl Thought

"Hong Fan" is the ancient China early political concept systematically of classics,is an important text book of "book of Zhou in Shangshu",a total of one thousand and three hundred words,far-reaching impact on future generations of political.In this paper,"Hong Fan " 's "King" as a starting point,"the kingly way" is the important concept of the "Hong Fan".Through the investigation of "five elements" in "Hong Fan",it is concluded that the "Hong Fan" should be in the spring and Autumn period."Hong Fan" of the "King" is not a theocracy under the "King",it is also not Mencius represented by the Confucian benevolent political ideal,but a kind of political system.This study may be discussed from three parts.The first part mainly discusses the "Hong Fan" benevolent politics is a kind of Royal politics.The influence of kingship by "heaven",the personification of the "day" to destroy the "five line" acts of punishment.Therefore,the ruler must "distribution of virtue",Connecting human order and natural order through "virtue",in order to achieve the transformation to the theocratic kingship.The second part mainly discusses the "Hong Fan" the kingly way politics is actually "benevolent",or "Yi Lun You Xu",and the Mencius " benevolent " concept is not the same."Hong Fan" mentioned in the "benevolent" is to take a different approach according to different situations,both blessing and contains punishment,and "King" to intervene in the process,therefore,requirements for "benevolent rulers".The third part mainly discusses the "Hong Fan" kingcraft is actually a kind of political system.Mainly reflected in three aspects:first,establish the supreme authority,become the people of the world's example,stable dominant position;secend,to participate in the affairs of state,rulers always is the core of decision-making,and the tortoise divination,divination,minister or high official and Common people four people together to determine good and bad;third,the establishment of eight basic administrative organs,decentralized power,stable national stability.
