The Research On Language Contact About Chinese Dialects And Zhuang Language In Nanning City

Nanning is the metropolis of Guangxi.People from different regions and nationalities gather here to live,work,and study.They use Mandarin,Cantonese,Pinghua,Zhuang language and other languages.The language resources here are abundant and there are many bilinguals.For a long time,whether it is between Chinese dialects and national languages,or between Chinese dialects in the region,they have been in close contact with each other,affecting each other and forming complex and multi-level language contact,which has unique research value.There are seven chapters in this paper.The first chapter puts forward the research purpose and significance of the paper,defines the related concept,and summarizes the research results of Chinese dialect and Zhuang language contact in Guangxi region.Finally,it also explains the source of corpus and research methods.The second chapter introduces the basic situation of commonly uesd languages in Nanning.This part briefly introduces Zhuang language and Chinese dialects,including their phonological system,history and status etc.It also summarizes the above and believes that bilingualism is widespread in Nanning.In addition,the multilingual contact here is complicated.The third chapter and the fourth chapter explores the variation of language structure in Chinese dialects and Zhuang language based on previous studies.By collecting the material of Chinese dialects and Zhuang language in Nanning,it was found that they borrowed new words from each other in the process of contact,and integrated the borrowed words in speech or word order.The functions and pragmatics of some loanwords also have changed in the process of communication.Voice and grammar are also affected in varying degrees.The fifth chapter analyzes the changes of the communicative functions of Chinese dialect and Zhuang language in contact through questionnaire survey.From results of the investigation,the Chinese dialects supplement Zhuang's communicative function in some public occasions,among which Cantonese use is high.In some Zhuangfamilies,the new generation will choose to use Chinese dialects or Putonghua.Most of the languages used by the Han people in Nanning are Chinese dialects,and only a few people can use Zhuang languageThe sixth chapter briefly discusses the motivation of multilingual contact in Nanning from different factors,such as language and society.Nanning's inclusive and open language concept,interracial marriage and friendly ethnic relations make language contact deepened in this area.The seventh chapter is the conclusion that it summarizes the full text,it also proposes suggestions for local bilingual teaching and language policy in Nanning.The bilingual education or cultural promotion activities in Nanning should be combined with the actual implementation of local languages to achieve better results.
