Rushdie's Midnight 's Children has won numerous awards since its publication and has been considered by the critics as the Bible of post-colonial literature. He believes that it deconstructs the official writing of Indian history, breaks the oppression of classes, and enables many voices to participate in the historical process. It created a pluralistic and open history of India and pondered the relationship between historical writing and the working people, the ruling class, and the colonialists in the post-colonial context. However, through the analysis of text ideology,we have found that the main characters created by Rushdie embody the ideology of the bourgeoisie. They use the discourse form of the bourgeoisie to shape their dominant position and oppress other non-mainstream classes.while the aesthetic production of the text is also guided by the ideology of the bourgeoisie. Therefore, the narrative of Midnight's Children does not really deconstruct the official authoritartive narrative.Instead,it reconstructs Indian history of bourgeoisie and its order and balance under ideological rule in a subtle ideological fashion. Therefore, its decentralization, equality, and diversity are actually a beautiful lie.The first chapter, from the perspective of the relationship between ideology and mode of production, comprehensively examines the state of ideology coexistence under various modes of production in the text, and looks at the so-called multiple voices and multiculturalism that Rushdie modeled. The second chapter examines the ideology of text from the perspectives of mini narratives, binary opposition, absurdity and rationality, and strips out the ideologeme of the text—order; The third chapter examines the production of the ideology of the protagonist and the text aesthetic ideology from the dual perspective of affirmation and negation, and establishes the ideology of the text as the ideology of the bourgeoisie. Finally,it summarizes the narration techniques of Rushdie's ideology:Rushdie maintained the eternal operation of ideology with the destruction of Salim. This also points to Utopia's road to salvation:that is,anticipation of the dissolution of all classes and the sounding of various voices, thus forming a multi-coexistence of Indian history. So Salim hides himself in the midnight's children,so that he also puts on the coat of the working people and coexists with them in a class,on behalf of them to give the voice of India's history.Whether this is a period or a lie,the future of Utopia that it points to is moving. We must affirm this hope and remind ourselves again in breaking ideological myths. Those what are suppressed must be expressed.Only if they are together on the surface,we have the possibility of basic speech and chance.
