Conflict resolution strategies refer to the means and methods used to control conflict situations and resolve conflict conflicts when conflicts occur.Conflict resolution strategies not only affect the ability of college students to adapt,but also an indicator to measure their interpersonal skills.In order to explore the influence of empathy on the conflict resolution strategy initiated by the sense of power,this study uses the term search task to complete the unconscious start of the sense of power,uses the interpersonal response index scale(IRI)to measure the characteristics of empathy,and uses the state of empathy to induce materials.Inducing state empathy,and set assumptions conflict situation,examine the conflict resolution strategies of the subjects.The results show that:(1)There are significant gender differences and grade differences in college students' trait empathy.The level of empathy of girls is significantly higher than that of boys.The level of empathy of college students is basically on the rise at the grade level.(2)The characteristics of empathy and power have a significant interaction in the impact of collaborative strategies.With the high sense of power,high-quality empathy individuals tend to collaborate more than low-quality empathy individuals;There is no difference.(3)Trait empathy/status Empathy has significant main effects on compliance and dominance tactics.Individuals with high empathy tend to be compliant,and individuals with low empathy tend to govern;dominance of power has significant effects on compliance and dominance.Individuals with low sense of power tend to be compliant,and individuals with high sense of power tend to govern.(4)In the influence of the sense of power on state empathy,it is found that individuals with high sense of power are more likely to maintain an objective attitude than when individuals with low sense of power are in a state of empathy.The study reveals the influence of empathy and sense of power on college students' peer conflict resolution strategies.Power sense is an important variable in adjusting empathy and conflict resolution strategies.We should attach importance to the improvement and development of college students' ability to empathize,and raise the level of sense of power.Adjustments and the selection and use of active conflict resolution strategies.
