The primary school stage is an important stage in the development of the physical and mental health of individuals. If individuals can successfully grow during this period, they will lay a solid foundation for the good development of their lives. The primary task of primary school students is to study. The school is the place where the frequency and time are the most outside of the family. The academic performance is obviously an important criterion for teachers and classmates to evaluate. In the domestic environment, schools are used as a system, from primary school to junior high school and senior high school.Teachers and students mostly discuss heroes based on academic performance. The school has given more applause and honor to students with better academic performance. At the same time, some elementary school students with academic achievements are undoubtedly under tremendous psychological pressure. These students become the “poor students” and “late students” in the eyes of teachers and classmates.Poorly performing students,if not well cared and supported, will easily fall into a state of low self-esteem,anxiety,and depression. If things go on like this,it will be extremely detrimental to their physical and mental development.Erickson’s eight-stage theory of psychological development revealed that children aged 7 to 12 were in the stage of obtaining diligence to overcome the feeling of inferiority.E.H.Erikson’s eight-stage theory of psychological development reveals that children aged 7 to 12 are in the stage of acquiring diligence to overcome inferiority. The main task of children at this stage is to learn all kinds of necessary livelihood skills, and make them become the professional skills possessed by the social producers. The learning experience is fun from the diligent and diligent work. When children develop a sense of diligence in this process, they will have enough confidence to trust themselves and cultivate themselves to be useful to the society. There will be no sense of inferiority. On the other hand,if the development crisis at this stage cannot be successfully resolved, children will develop a sense of inferiority and personality in their personality(Huang Xiting,2002).Many studies have shown that it is not the parents that have the greatest impact on children of school age(7-12 years old)but peers or neighbors, especially teachers in schools. If children can get the support, help and praise of adults, especially teachers, they can further develop their diligence. If this stage of the growth crisis can be successfully resolved,it will form a capable virtue;on the contrary,it will form a sense of incompetence and fall into a state of inferiority. Therefore, through hard work to gain good results can be one of the important ways for them to overcome the feeling of inferiority. This study is focusing on this theory, revising the evaluation tools of teachers’ supportive behaviors, and comparing the differences between teacher-student supportive behaviors;using hierarchical regression to analyze the main effects of teacher support behaviors, the mediating effects of psychological flexibility, and teacher-student relationship adjustment effect. Finally, use group counseling intervention therapy combined with teacher support to intervene to reduce the degree of inferiority of low-achieving students and increase the level of positive awareness. There are three parts in this study:The first part,Study One,aims to revise the Teacher Support Behavior Scale(Student Edition,Teacher’s Edition),and analyzes its reliability and validity. The purpose is to establish a more complete measurement of student-perceived teacher support behaviors and teachers’ Think of giving students tools to support behaviors;and compare the differences between primary school students and teachers about teacher support behaviors. The second part and the second study, through the revised "teacher support behavior questionnaire"(teachers and students),"adolescent mental toughness scale","a teacher-student relationship questionnaire," the " inferiority scale scale FIS" to understand the middle and high years Grades with low learning achievement, primary school teachers’ support, psychological resilience,teacher-student relationship, and inferiority status;analysis of the direct influence of teacher support on low school achievement pupils’ inferiority feelings, the mediating effect of psychological elasticity on this, and teacher-student relationship. The role of mediation in mediation. The third part is Study III.Through group counseling combined with the support of the subordinate teachers,we will intervene in low-achievement pupils to reduce their level of inferiority and enhance their active cognitive level. The three parts of the study are as follows:(1)The results of Study 1 found that 1 the revised Teacher Support Behavior Scale(Student Edition,Teacher’s Edition)has good reliability and validity, and can be used as an effective tool to measure teacher support behavior;2 primary school students and teachers There are significant differences in the scores of the Teacher Support Behavior Scale.(2)The results of the second study found that 1 teacher support behavior has a significant main effect on the low grade primary school students’ inferiority complex;2 the psychological elasticity partially mediates the relationship between teacher support and low grade primary school students’ inferiority complex;3 the teacher-student relationship is positive Adjust the relationship between teachers and psychological flexibility,teacher-student relationship negatively regulates the relationship between psychological elasticity and inferiority complex.Teacher-student relationship negatively regulates the relationship between teacher support and inferiority perception.(3)The results of Study 3 found that the use of group counseling in combination with the support of their teachers to intervene in low-achieving primary school students has a good effect of intervention, which can effectively reduce their degree of inferiority complex and increase their active cognitive level.
