As economy developments,parents pay more attention to their children education.Middle school is also in the stage of rapid physical and mental changes and development of teenagers,their learning situation is more concerned.And the most important factor that affects study achievement is study devotion,Although previous studies have studied the influence of achievement motivation,teacher-student relationship and perfectionism on learning engagement,they seldom combine the four variables.Therefore this study combines four variables,take junior high school students as the research object,adopts the method of questionnaire survey,and discusses the relationship between achievement motivation,teacher-student relationship,perfectionism and learning engagement.Four scales were used in this study,namely,achievement motivation scale,teacher-student relationship questionnaire,perfectionism scale and learning engagement scale.The achievement motivation scale is divided into two dimensions: self-oriented and social-oriented achievement motivation,The teacher-student relationship questionnaire includes four dimensions: intimacy,support,satisfaction and conflict.The perfectionism scale includes two dimensions: self-oriented and social-oriented perfectionism.Through preliminary and formal tests,each scale showed good reliability and validity.The formal study recovered 534 valid questionnaires.Then SPSS25.0 and AMOS24.0 were used for statistical analysis of each variable,and the results were as follows:(1)In the dimensions of achievement motivation,perfectionism,learning engagement and the first three dimensions of teacher-student relationship,boys in grade one were significantly higher than girls in grade one,and boys in grade one and grade three were significantly higher than boys in grade two.(2)In terms of conflict,boys in first grade are significantly higher than girls in the first grade,boys in first grade are significantly higher than boys in the second and third grade.(3)Achievement motivation can significantly predict the positive dimension in teacher-student relationship,self-oriented perfectionism and learning engagement.Perfectionism can significantly predict learning engagement.(4)Intimacy,self-directed perfectionism all play a part in mediating the relationship between social-oriented or self-oriented achievement motivation and behavioral involvement;social-oriented perfectionism play a part of mediating role in the relationship between self-oriented achievement motivation and cognitive input;self-oriented perfectionism play a part of mediating role in the relationship between self-oriented or social-oriented achievement motivation and emotional involvement.(5)Intimacy,self-oriented perfectionism both play a moderating role in the relationship between self-oriented achievement motivation and behavioral engagement;Intimacy,self-oriented perfectionism both play a moderating role in the relationship between social-oriented achievement motivation and behavioral engagement.Junior middle school teachers and students should pay more attention to building a good teacher-student relationship,More interaction between teachers and students communication,teachers to encourage and support the care of students,Students should also properly cultivate their own motivation for achievement and perfectionism tendencies,strive for excellence,stimulate own interest in learning,put more time and energy into study.
