Since the birth of movie in 1895,many creators wish to achieve the ultimate goal of lens.While recording events,they also make the lens beautiful and move the audience to achieve the purpose of affecting the audience.Therefore,the lens began to develop more and more detailed,from the changes of the view to the motion,from the change of color to change of the composition of the lens.These "truer" lens slowly enhance the quality of the film and has also become a way of viewing the audience favorite,even beyond the love of reading.However,nowadays,when technology is no longer a difficult problem,there are few films that can really touch people.The reason is that the language of the camera is not enough to satisfy the audience's emotional needs.The thesis is divided into four parts.The first part is to elaborate the theory of the psychological performance of the lens language by the historians of the past times.The second part analyzes the style of the character's inner style in the modern film.The third part concretely explainsthe specific lens language of portraying the characters in the graduation work of Redemption.The last part analyses the attempt of Redemption.In the first part of the thesis,the author expounds the research on the psychological performance of the lens language by the historians of the past times.It can be said that from the time of the birth of the film,the film scientist found that the film can affect the mood of the audience,like literary works do.In this part,the author mainly analyzes Hugo Mtinsterberg's theory.At the same time,the paper lists the outstanding contribution to the Lumiere brothers and Griffith,Ocean Wells and other directors make in this regard,the three directors has a decisive influence on the film's early development.Therefore,in the process of the design of "Redemption",the author applied the classical style of the three directors,such as "the last minute rescue","the meaning of 'rose buds' and so on in the hope of making the " Redemption " lens stand the questioning.After nearly a hundred years of polishing,the lens language is more exquisite.Then the author analyzes the style of the contemporary film lens,particularly the American movie " the Grand Budapest Hotel " and the Korean film " the Cordial Gold ".Because the author thinks the lens of these two films are most ingenious.Especially the composition and lens style of " the Grand Budapest Hotel ",as well as the clips in " the Cordial Gold,which are the two most characteristic films of modern cinema.They have achieved the ultimate psychological performance of camera language.In the second pars of the thesis,the author concretely expounds the specific type of the character's style of expression in the modern film.The paper analyzes the different effects of different tactics to the inner character and the performance of audience's emotional impact mainly from the viewpoints of the scene recording based on the "objective reality",sensory stimulation based on "special effects",as well as the the dramatic perspective focuses on the "conflict".From the perspective of the author's view,I believe that the perspective of scene recording based on "objective reality" is the most real expressive angle and it can also touch the expressive angle of the audience's heart.Because all the records based on "objective reality" have the most powerful internal force which does not require too many complicated techniques to make the audience feel the emotion conveyed by the director.The second technique is one of the techniques commonly used in the current movie,which is to increase the "special effect ratio" of the whole movie and let the powerful effects directly act on the audio-visual system of the audience to get the most intuitive feeling.This method is not very recognized by the author.Although at present,many films gained a certain level of success by it,they are not considered so deep.So the author gave up a lot of use of this techniques in "Redemption".Finally,the author expounds the remolding of the character's innder side and the influence on the audience with the drama centered on conflict.But it can't be denied that this is the test of the creators' grinding of the "script".From the point of view of the script,“Redemption” is a particularly successful creation and no substantial success has been achieved in this respect.In the third part of the thesis,the author elaborates the lens language creation of “Redemption”,mainly in the design of "motion lens","close-up shot" and "subjective lens" to imitate the lens from a specific example in order to achieve the best character and the best state of view.No matter it is to learn from predecessors' theories or to studying them,the author has tried hisbest to make breakthroughs in the language of camera lenses and find a new combination of lenses for the inner expression of characters.
