Research On The Exegesis Of Zhouli Qiuguan

Zhou is dominated by Zheng Xuan's annotation,Zheng Xuan and Jia Gongyan's annotation can be known as the most classic.Most studies on Zhou are based on the overall perspective,but few studies on Zhouli Qiuguan.It contains a large number of legistion?criminal suit?etiquette,which has importance on legal history in ancient China.Scholars' studies on Zhouli Qiuguan are hollow and rough.So we should thoroughly interprete the text.This paper is anchored with exegesis,which lists systematically 66 official officers in Zhouli Qiuguan.This paper is made up by six parts:The first part is the introduction.Basically introducting the general situation?author and circulation age of the rites,and general situation of Qiuguan which includes the offical system,organization form land system.Generally commenting the research status of it,and illustrating the research meanings of this paper and providing research methods.The second part discusses the relation between official system of Qiuguan and the other offical system,including Qiuguan and Tianguan?Diguan;Qiuguan and Chunquan?Xiaguan.The third part studies the officers in Qiuguan.According to shared morphemes and different status,analyzing the types and features of the main morphrme.The fourth part analyzes the most important officers in Qiuguan system,which refers to the chief and law officers.According to the responsibilities,we explain and probe into each entry.The fifth analyzes the rest officers including diplomats and other officers.Specific methods appear in he fourth part.The sixth part analyzes Zheng Xuan's exegesis.Zheng Xuan is a prominent scholar in Han Dynasty.His annotations produced a great influence on the annotation's researches of later ages in history.The Annotation of Zhouli is an important writing among his work,and it is a summary of the study with Zhouli in Han Dynasty.The study on this paper has long benifited from Zheng Xuan's annotatons.So this part anchors in Qiuguan's text,also including other officers,aiming to probing into Zheng Xuan's ideas and practice.The aim of this research is to support for uncovering meanings of words and to motivate of words via accumulating some materials;and to provide help for later research on ancient legal and Hierarchy.
