The Creative Techniques On The Three Piano Trio Works Of Brahms

Brahms(1833-1897)was an important composer who insisted on the classical form and inherited the classical creation skills during the Romantic period.Among his numerous musical compositions,chamber music is the most accurate depiction of the development of his musical life and his creative career.He actively explored the possibilities of chamber music and became the most accomplished musician in chamber music of 19 th century.Among them,his creation of piano trio records the entire stage of the composer from immature,mature to precipitate: From the beginning of 1854 to the B-flat major piano trio Op.8 revised in 1891,the piano trio Op.87(1883)in peak climax and the c minor piano trio Op.101(1887).This paper aims at the shallowness and even blankness of the current study of the Brahms piano trio.With these three piano trios as the research objectives,the music structure analysis,the analysis of the characteristics of the creation techniques and the trio's creative style are summarized.In the introduction of this paper,the author briefly introduces and summarizes the origin and development of the piano trio genre.The second chapter analyzes the detailed and in-depth musical structure of the four movements included in the three piano trio works,and discusses the characteristics of tone,harmony,and structure of each movement in detail.Together with the pattern,it strives to express intuitively and clearly.The third chapter summarizes and refines the structure analysis of the work from the aspects of speed layout,tone-adjustment layout,structural features,expounds Brahms' s inheritance and expansion of the classicism form,and produces the personal creation characteristics presented in the aspect of rich and varied melody,texture,and rhythm.Through the horizontal comparison among the three piano trio works,the personality and commonness of the three piano trio works are searched,and thecharacteristics of the overall creative techniques are summed up.
