Study On The Construction Strategy Of Music Performance Of Lanzhou University Of Arts And Sciences

In recent years,under the background of popularization of higher education in China,local colleges and universities grow rapidly in size and number,playing a very important role in the development of China's higher education.Compared with affiliated colleges and universities,local colleges and universities are at a disadvantage in the fierce competition,and therefore,characteristic development becomes the key to local colleges and universities' enhancing their competitiveness and characteristic specialty construction becomes the most distinctive symbol of characteristic strategy.According to the core viewpoints in Overall Plan for Promoting the Construction of the World's Leading Universities and First Class Disciplines issued by the State Council,this paper argues that only with characteristic specialty construction as a breakthrough point,can we promote the improvement of the overall strength of local colleges and universities and make them spring to life in the fierce competition.This paper uses literature analysis,comparative analysis,case analysis and other methods to analyze and summarize Lanzhou University of Arts and Science's Music Performance characteristic specialty construction,reviews the content,principles and problems of Lanzhou University of Arts and Science Music Performance characteristic specialty construction based on relevant theories of characteristic specialty construction.This paper comprehensively analyzes the problems in Lanzhou University of Arts and Science's Music Performance characteristic specialty construction and the problems in specialty construction,which includes incorrect positioning of specialty,lack of characteristic,outdated construction method,insufficient resource facilities,inadequate attention from the competent departments of education,backward idea of school construction,lack of teachers that meet the requirements,lack of funds.Combined with my working practice and research reflections,this paper further puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on where Lanzhou University of Arts and Science needs to improve in Music Performance characteristic specialty construction,i.e.clarifying the characteristic specialty construction positioning and training program,construction idea,as well as characteristic specialty construction's content and mechanism,and strengthening the evaluation and improvement thereof.
