The Study Of Repin's Critical Realism Painting

Repin is one of the greatest critical realist painter in Russia in late nineteenth Century to twentieth Century,his critical realism painting reflects the reality that the Russian people,also exposed the problems of Russian society at that time,is recognized as the dean of critical realism.At the same time,his exploration played an important role in the development of Chinese painting.Repin's paintings have always attracted me and gave me a lot of inspiration.This paper takes Repin's critical realism painting as the main object of study,focusing on the analysis and research of religious themes and political themes in Repin's critical realism painting.This article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter introduces the historical background and cultural background of Repin's life as well as the birth of the touring school.The second and third chapters,respectively,explain the two themes of Repin's critical realism,religious and political,through a piece of work.The fourth chapter combs the characteristics of Repin's critical realism painting,and analyzes the style and characteristics of Repin's critical realism painting from the aspects of color,composition and touch.The fifth chapter summarizes Repin's critique of critical realism painting and explains how to better inherit and carry forward the realistic painting in the multicultural era and information age.
