For Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language,Listening Teaching is not as easy as it seems.In general,because 0f its particularity,the students' enthusiasm and initiative are diffcult to motivate,and the classroom atmosphere is also hard to brisk.Although There are lots of Teaching Theories for teachers,however,the different student groups have different diversity.according to the characteristics of students,Teachers need to be actively involved in the classroom and analyze the teaching process and students' actual situation to making teaching plans specialty.So,this paper is based on the theory of Action Research.Direecting at the Dun Gan students of the Central Asia in Northwest Normal University,according to the actual problems on listening classroom,and design the suitable action plans for the Dun Gan students.On the one hand,we hope this way can promote the growth of teachers,on the other hand,we can also improve the teaching effeciency of listening class and improve students' listening level continuous.The study is based on the the steps of the Action Research:finding,identifying and designing solutions,action and reflection.and there are two different action plans designed at all.First,in order to motivate the interest and initiative of the students,the first action plan was proceed.The first action plan try to use the classroom-matches and games to promote students' learning interests.but the reearch indicates that this way is good for regulating classroom atmosphere and promoting the learning positivity just in a short time,it can only used ossasionally for adult students.as the first action plan have a non-ideal results,the second action plan was confirmed.The second action plan try to use a new view and using a new methodology to design the teaching plans—the Formative Assessment.The research shows that the methods of the Formative Assessment can achieve the objective of motivating students' learning interests ultimately.and it can also improve the teaching efficiency and listening level of students in listening class.Not only that,the Formative Assessment methodology can increase a lot of oppprtunities for communication between students and teachers.this is not only a great significance to the future teaching,but also a good supplement and development for the study of listening teaching in the future.
