A Research On The Cultural Tradition Of The Hui Nationality Village And The Construction Of A Harmonious Society

Social harmony is the constant pursuit of human society and it's also an important part of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.China is a unified multinational country and each nation has its own outstanding cultural traditions that embody the ethnic culture consciousness of their own.The harmony of the excellent cultural not only can promote the harmonious coexistence and their own development among nations but also can provide a profound cultural background for the construction of harmonious society of China.The author makes a deeply research on the indispensable role of the excellent cultural traditions of ethnic minority in the construction of a harmonious society using the village cultural traditions of the Hui as an example on the basis of predecessors' research results to make good use of minority excellent cultural traditions and the ways of building a harmonious society.The author hopes it can put forward some new ideas as good advice for national culture construction of some regions.And this perspective is also the innovation of this paper.This paper includes four parts.The first part clarifies related concepts,such as the cultural traditions of the Hui villages,the construction of a harmonious society and expounds the contents of the harmonious society theory.At the same time,it discusses the cultural influence on social development and points out the relationship between harmonious culture and harmonious society construction.Moreover,it interprets the importance of culture for the development of national rural society of China in detail.The second part takes W village of Hui as an example to introduce the basic situations of W village and its contents and characteristics and it is analyzed from the aspects of history,nature,society and so on in order to reflect the important role of the traditional national culture in ethnic psychology.The third part elaborates the relationship between national traditional village culture and the construction of a harmonious society and the functions in building a harmonious socialist society.It also reflects the important role and challenges of national culture village traditions in the construction of a harmonious society from the positive and negative functions.The fourth part expounds the ways of thel cultural construction in ethnic minority areas in the process of constructing harmonious society and finally summarizes thedirection in cultural construction that ethnic villages should insist on from the national psychology,national identity and guiding religions to adapt themselves to the socialist harmonious society.
