The English Curriculum Standard for compulsory Education requires reading in junior middle school to achieve the three,fourth and fifth levels of reading skills in language skills.However,due to students' reserve of words,reading speed and reading strategies,The influence of cultural common sense makes the students in the same class unable to meet the same standard.This study adopts the form of questionnaire and test.According to the reading ability and reading level of 54 students in a class of the second Experimental School of Changchun Automobile Economic and technological Development Zone,the students were divided into three levels,namely,excellent,middle and potential students.According to the theory of teaching according to students'aptitude and mastering learning theory,in the course of English reading,through the stratification of teaching objectives,the students' teaching objectives in the stratified layer of teaching design are emphasized on strengthening and improving,so we can design some discoveries and explore.Discussion and problem-solving activities the teaching objectives of students in level B focus on the cultivation of basic knowledge and basic abilities,and focus on the completion of the basic contents of the teaching materials.The teaching objectives of C level students should be increased appropriately in reading and communication activities,so that students can have a learning interest in the process of learning,master basic knowledge and basic skills,and design gradient learning tasks for students in a targeted way.Let students at all levels participate in the class,experience the fun of English reading,cultivate students to use reading strategies consciously,and use reading skills when doing reading questions.So as to improve the overall reading scores of the class and make students at all levels achieve the greatest possible progress.In order to make students clear learning goals and tasks,this study adopts explicit stratification.It can take into account the learning needs of students at all levels,realize the sense of achievement in reading in the process of completing the task of stratification,stimulate the interest in learning English reading,improve the speed of reading in English,and master the reading skills of discourse.Also raised the student's knowledge reserve,the student's reading achievement overall rises.
