With the improvement of people's living standard,the spiritual and cultural needs of the public are also increasing,presenting a variety of characteristics.Cultural creative industry is a important product in the process of economic transition,due to the high added value,and the characteristics of the power of sustainable development,it has become the new trend of world economic development and strategic choice,along with the popularization of the idea of cultural creativity.Cultural creative industry in China is presented and a new model of related industrial convergence development.Museum as a city's cultural card,it is inheriting Chinese excellent traditional culture,and realizing the function of art education important cultural sites,along with the implementation of the museum is open free of charge,and for the sustainable development of itself,the museum and cultural creative industry for fusion and collision,cultural creative products was born,it has broke the location limit,and become a new way to meet the demand of the public cultural consumption,and has become a museum continuation of one of the carrier of culture education function are realized.Based on the cultural creative products of Hunan museum as the research object.This paper is start from exploring its typest,model and process of product developmen.According to the product function,I summed up the four products are publications,relic replica,cultural creative products of daily life,and products focus on experience.The existing cultural and creative product development model of Hunan museum is divided into three modes:autonomous development,cooperative development and authorization development.There are also have some problems appeared in the development of Hunan museum,such as the product's cultural IP performance is not strong enough,lack of innovation,market-oriented of products and humanized degree is not match enough,the product is not targeted,etc.,this paper combined with the culture of market demand and the regional characteristics of Hunan,analysis the cause of problems mainly involve the management pattern,geography and Inadequate infrastructure,and hopefully,by creating unique"Xiang Museum" brand,enhance product development characteristics of human nature,at the same time take advantage of new media to build public communication platform to do creative collection and communication,also multi-dimensional product development,mode can be carried out in a variety of ways to develop creative and meaningful museum cultural products to improve existing problems.
