Research On The Art Films Under New-Century Structural Reform Of Chinese Movies

The Chinese film system has a great influence on the development of the art film.Since the Reform and Opening-up,the domestic film went on the road of industrialization instead of the "production plan purchase",and in the new century,the international situation has changed more various,and more and more commercial tides surged,and China art film faced many challenges,its intrinsic shape and external environment has undergone tremendous changes.This paper reviews the course of development of Chinese film system reform and art films' development in the new century,through the interpretation of the official policies,regulations,documents and other relevant information in the new century,we can find the relationship between the film system reform and the main form's changing and survival of the art film in China,and then we research its developing trend and further prospects.Through the detailed data analysis,abundant art aesthetic analysis,deep speculative analysis,we attempt to find out the relationship between the film system reform after 2000 and art film's living situation,text style,support,and impact from the movie history picture changing,.Firstly,through the macro perspective,this paper reviews the general path of art film's changing which came from the national culture and economic system changes since the reform and opening-up.Through the comparison of the history,it comes to the conclusion that the art film struggled to survive because of the industrialization process in the new century.Secondly,this paper analyses that under the influence of the strong film censorship and the industrial deepening,the domestic art film showed the new text features which had fusion and interaction with the ideology,popular art and authorship.Thirdly,through the analysis of the external environment of art films,such as diversification of investment,box office earning,this paper analyzes the survival status of art films,and finds out the realistic challenges and opportunities of art films through the change of producer channels and the importance of institutional support policies.At the end of the article,we research and prospect the domestic art films of survival in the future,and we believe that the powerful "cultural consciousness" and "dialogue" are necessary to promote the deepening system reform,promote the harmonious relations between the Chinese art films and the system,and promote the national cultural prosperity.
