Research On The Sense Of Order In Morris Patterns And My Application Practice

William Morris(1834-1896)as Father of modern design,pattern design is the most important part of all his artistic creation,and is also of interest.The sense of order and pleasure embodied in Morris' designs are worth thinking and researching.This paper begin with then sense of order in Morris' s pattern design,Focuses on the clear and clear structural layout in the pattern design,the performance of the beauty of the natural order,and the rational use of formal beauty rules,using literature research methods and case analysis methods to find the reason for the formation of the sense of order in the pattern design,combined with myself pattern design practice to deeply analyze the performance of sense of order in the pattern design.Therefore,we have made some positive developments in Morris pattern design research also,hope to bring some fresh and unique visual experience to pattern design.
