| The hierarchical teaching of the subject is adapted to the demands of education for individualized and diversified talents.This paper investigates and studies the teaching of stratified class walking in ordinary high school English,summarizes the achievements and problems,and proposes improvement measures for the problems that arise。Ordinary high school English stratified class teaching emphasizes the main role of students,achieves the expression of students’ individual needs,maintains the organic unity of "teaching" and "learning",and drives students’ enthusiasm and initiative to achieve maximum mobilization..Therefore,a questionnaire survey and interview method was used to conduct an on-site survey of 312 students participating in English stratified classes in Z City No.1 Middle School in HUNAN Province,and interviews were also conducted with English teachers,class teachers,and school administrators who participated in stratified class walking teaching.To understand the achievements and problems of stratified class walking teaching in English.According to the knowledge of professional theory,the recovery data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0.Draw on the research results of domestic and foreign related problems and enrich the research information.The study finds that the advantage is conducive to student’s personality development,and strengthens the awareness of competition among students.It also promotes communication between teachers and students and promotes.Also it’s able to adapt to the needs of current educational development.At the same time,some practical problems have also been exposed.For example,the guidance and rationality of hierarchical standards are difficult to grasp,the challenges faced by class management systems,teaching content and teaching methods of the single problem,low-level students is vulnerable to adverse effects.we found that implementation this pattern is not perfect,the traditional teaching management level and examination evaluation system is not adapt to hinder the layered teaching should reflect the advantage of go shifts.Studies have shown that schools should strengthen stratified class teaching security mechanisms,increase stratification of class teaching,reasonably stratify and guide students in the selection of levels,improve teacher protection,innovate management methods,optimize teaching resources,and change single teachers.Assessment mechanism.At the same time,teachers should also improve the teaching mechanism,pay attention to stratified class teaching strategies,improve the students’stratified class evaluation system,and strengthen students’ self-education and management. |
