The pronunciation and perception of tones will have a great difference under the background of different native speakers.Yip divides the world's language into tone language and non tone language(pitch stress language and intonation language).Mongolian is a non tone language.This paper uses recording software to record the pronunciation of Mongolian native speakers.Then,E-prime was used to test listening comprehension of Mongolian native speakers,including discrimination experiments and identification experiments.Then,we compare the pronunciation experiment results,distinguish experiments,identification experiments and their erroneous bias rates.The pronunciation experiment included Yin Ping,Yang Ping,Shang and Qu of male and female.The experiment of hearing sensation is divided into men and women's of Yin Ping-Yang Ping,Yin Ping-Qu,male and female?s Yin Ping-Yang Ping,Yin Ping-the recognition experiment of upper sound,Yin Ping-Sheng,Yang Ping-Shang,Yang Ping – Qu,Shang-Qu.The results of the study show that:1)when the Mongolian men pronouns,Yin Ping and Yang Ping tone are not standardized.The overall performance of the Shang and Qu are standard.When the female of Mongolian pronouns,the Yin Ping,Yang Ping and Qu are generally expressed as standard but the Shang is nonstandard.2)The people who speak Mandarin were 100% in the Yin Ping-Yang Ping and the Yin Ping-Qu,while the Mongolian speakers' hearing of the Ying Ping – Yang Ping and the Yin Ping-Qu was 70%-90% and 70%-95%.3)The recognition rate of male T1-T2 was 85% and 90% respectively,the recognition rate of T1-T2 for female subjects was 85% and 95% respectively.The recognition rate of T1-T3,male was 95% and 78% respectively and female was 90% and 95% respectively.The recognition rate of T4-T1,male was 78% and 95% respectively and female was 100% and 80% respectively.The recognition rate of T2-T3,male was 60% and 80% respectively and female was 80% and 75% respectively.The recognition rate of T2-T4,male was 75% and 95% respectively and female was 90% and 95% respectively.The recognition rate of T3-T4,male was 95% and 90% respectively and female was 95% and 90% respectively.
