| In the 21st Century when information technology is developing quickly,vocational education is receiving more and more attention and among which the cultivation of English competence is emphasized.In order to solve the problems in English teaching in secondary vocational education,such as the students’weak English basis,learning-weariness,and the gap between their English levels and so on,flipped classrooms have become one of the important means to solve these problems.In order to examine the effectiveness of flipped classrooms in English teaching,check whether students and teachers welcome flipped classrooms or not,and explore the solutions to current problems in secondary vocational education,two classes were selected in this study for a one-term teaching practice.In the end of the term,questionnaires and interviews were administered to examine students’and teachers’responses to the new approach.However,this study finds there are still some problems in the implementation of flipped classrooms,so some corresponding solutions were proposed in order to solve these problems. |
