With the rise of Chinese economy in the global scope,it has driven the global Chinese learning boom,and this upsurge has also provided a new opportunity for Chinese teaching on both sides of the Taiwan Strait.Confucius Institutes and Confucius classrooms built by Chinese mainland universities,local educational institutions and overseas universities and communities are all over the world.The Taiwan region has also proposed an Eight-year Plan to Become a Major Exporter of the Chinese Language Education Industry.They hope to use the Chinese language industry as a leader and move towards a high-quality Chinese language industry.During my visit to Taiwan in the 2016 academic year,I took the relevant courses of the Taiwan Chinese Department,visited several well-known Chinese teaching centers in Taipei,and studied the compilation of teaching materials for Taiwan's TCSL.Through the field investigation and teaching practice,I found that the two sides of the Taiwan Strait comprehensive teaching materials for TCSL have their own advantages,learn from each other.It selects the mainland's "Road to success" and Taiwan's "New practical Audio-Visual Chinese" as the research object,the thesis is composed of six parts.The introduction part describes the background of the thesis,domestic and foreign research results,the publication of cross-Strait Chinese teaching materials and the purpose of the study.Chapter 2.Starting with the lexical arrangement system of the two textbooks,this paper makes a comparison from the following aspects:the total amount of vocabulary,the average number of words generated in class,and the difference in vocabulary between classes.Chapter 3.This paper focuses on the analysis and comparison of the two textbooks of parts of speech,part of speech tagging words,notes.The analysis shows that the classification of parts of speech in China is more reasonable and scientific,suitable for learners' needs,but the annotation part needs to be improved.Chapter 4The vocabulary exercises of the two textbooks are investigated from the aspects of problem classification and problem assignment.The types of questions in Taiwan' s textbooks are abundant,while those in mainland' s textbooks are too simple,and the two sets of textbooks are short of communicative exercises.Chapter 5.Based on the results of the first four chapters,an outline of the interview is set up,it interviews intermediate Chinese students from 5 different countries for learning experience.Chapter 6.Based on the results of the comparison of teaching materials,the interview results and my practical teaching experience,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the compilation of the future textbooks for TCSL so as to further improve the practicality and pertinence of the teaching materials for TCSL so as to contribute a lot to the education of TCSL.
