With the rapid development of a number of emerging technologies such as mobile internet, cloud computing, and big data,a new model of public cultural services is being continuously constructed and created, making its public welfare, basicity, equality, and convenience supported and safeguarded by technology. The public cultural services as low levels of supply in the public's traditional impression have ushered into a leap-forward period of innovation and development.Among the many emerging technology applications, the O2O(online and offline)model is particularly in the spotlight. It was born out of the Internet business circumstance and merged the advantages of the online and offline into a closed-loop structure that connects user's needs and drives a value cycle. The O2 O model has shined in various industries. This advantage of the O2 O model is highly compatible with the need for public cultural services to break geo-time constraints, optimize service provision, enhance viewer experience, and save operating costs.Since its completion, the new museum of Suzhou Art Museum has actively explored informatization construction and formed a relatively complete online and offline operation system. However,in actual work, there is still a low level of online platform construction, the lack of offline feedback mechanisms and a low degree of integration on the online and offline. The author attempts to introduce the innovative concept of the O2 O model.By complementing audience behavior information, accurate public service content, perfecting feedback mechanisms, and lengthening the public cultural service chain,to create a closed-loop structure on and online and offline to enhance the level of exhibition planning and event design.Promote upgrading of public cultural services.
