Analysis On The Current Situation And Improvement Path Of Public Cultural Services In Shunde District Based On Public Satisfaction

With the strengthening of the construction and management of the government i n recent years,the public cultural services of district and county as the starting poin t and the foothold of modern national system of public cultural services,plays a sig nificant role in the process of promoting the public to shape a good spirit and attit ude of life.Thus,improving the efficiency and level of grassroots cultural services becomes a top priority of the construction of modern public cultural service system.But in this process,there are still many problems in the supply of the public c ultural services of district and county.The general characteristics of supply in the p ublic cultural services of county and district are that sticking on the organic unificat ion of procedural logic,efficiency logic and public satisfaction logic.However,in th e current county and district public cultural services,the government generally pays attention to the logic of procedures,which satisfies the requirements of appearance e valuation and the assessment index by higher authorities.The emphasis on efficiency logic means providing the number and types of public cultural services are consiste nt with the requirements of higher authorities.It is often ignored to follow the satis faction logic,resulted in when the government provides the public cultural services,there is often lack of diversity and convenience for public,leading to the low publi c satisfaction.This paper aims at promoting the government performance of public cultural se rvices in Shunde district,employs the methods of the case study and questionnaires,combines the qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,attempts to analyze thelack of public cultural services of government supply in the field of public satisfac tion logic in the Shunde district and relies on the new public management theory to explore the paths of the solution.The whole paper consists of five parts.The first part mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research obje ctives,research contents and methods,as well as the innovation points and deficienc ies of the topic.The second part mainly defines the concepts and reviews the literat ure,so as to guide the research direction of this paper.The third part chooses the corresponding public satisfaction model to analyze the public satisfaction of public c ultural services of the government in Shunde district,Foshan city,uses the form of questionnaire survey to collect,count and analyze the data by constructing the corre sponding model,which can gain the public satisfaction evaluation for the governanc e of public cultural services.Therefore,it analyzes the problems of inadequate gove rnance,low quality of supply and low public participation,which still exist in the g overnment of Shunde district,Foshan city.The fourth part is based on carding and analyzing the situation of governance of public cultural services abroad,extract the useful and practical ways of foreign government in the governance of public cultura l services,especially in the aspects of the pertinence and diversity of service supply.The last part on the basis of empirical analysis and case comparison,tries to put f orward the improvements measures of the governance efficiency of public cultural s ervices in Shunde district,and corroborates with the theory of new public.
